I am so disappointed we’ve stayed here numerous times in the past and all was great, but this last visit was a nightmare. We tried to use the toilet and it was rocking so bad I was scared to use it for fear of it coming off the base completely. It also smelled like urine in the bathroom and I had to buy bleach and clean the toilet!! Yuk 😷 The worst thing was the bed 🛌 OMG the MATTRESS was horrible We climbed in bed and the springs under me made boing boing sound and popped! I only weigh 126lbs my back started to hurt and we rolled in the middle trying to claw and climb out the sides each night. I did not get any rest the whole 10 days at night at all. The chairs in the unit were also broken and when I sat in it I was folded in half for lack of a better explanation the seat would sink inwards in the back and my legs were popped up and bizarre to explain should’ve taken a photo! Our Vent fan for the range didn’t work so had to have Maintenance come in to replace the whole microwave and drill and dust all over when just arrived and tired and wanted to rest. I’ve never experienced this here but I think Diamond Resort and Hilton need to take a good look at their integrity and business ethics this was a terrible experience.

Property looks good, although it is all packed into a very small area. Inside was generally clean until we had been in the unit for a day, and we began noticing problems. Foremost was the black mold-filled dishwasher (pictured). There was no vacuum, the bathroom sinks did not drain, and the dryer did not dry (I removed a huge clod of wet lint from the dryer vent to no avail). I told the office about the mold issue because we could not use it in such condition; we were afraid of dying from the spores and/or horrible stench when I opened it. Nothing happened with regard to any of our issues. We are Diamond members and very disappointed with our stay and will not stay here again.

Not the best place for a Mayo Clinic visit. We asked for a lower floor, but we’re given the top floor. No elevators,. This is, effectively, a mid-range apartment complex. Location is good, for Phoenix Open, since this borders the Champions Course. Just be aware of the stairs.

After registering in the lobby with a friendly, attentive staff, we walked into our very clean 2 br, 2 ba condo with a patio. We quickly found the service to be beyond impeccable. If we made any request, it was handled immediately. While there was no daily maid service for just a week's visit, there was no limit on supplies. One day we requested fresh towels while in the lobby and they were at our door before we could return. Coffee, tea, laundry and dishwasher soaps were also provided. The furniture was standard hotel dated but comfortable and adequate. After all I believe the condos are owned by members of their club who would be "decorating" them, but I may be mistaken. There are 2 pools, one being adult only, both with hot tubs. They also have lifts to get handicapped people in or out of the pools. I was there to relax and spend time with family so I didn't look for additional game rooms or activities except for the gym room, which was OK for my needs and seemed to have activities for children. I believe there is a spa, but again, I didn't care. Only negative is the pressure to buy time share. Since I already own a vacation package I was not interested.

This place is a real rip off. Charged us $150 "resort fees" All we got was internet connection. The furniture was HORRIBLE. Should be thrown out, There were no activities at all at the resort. No drink service by the pool. The resort does not even come for a mid week towel exchange. Also you get a pool towel and you have to wash it yourself because if you leave it at the pool you will get charged for it. SHAME ON DIAMOND RESORTS FOR SUCH A BAD FACILITY AND THE NERVE TO CHARGE CLIENTS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
