Really comfortable bed, great shower, nice bedroom, living room and bathroom. Enjoyed daily brunch on patio and spent time at the pool. Only thing missing was in room safe!! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We are staying here again in a few days.

Property is lovely, valet and Front Office staff are very nice. Said that, everything was just so bad. Service and food at the restaurant/bar are terrible. Waiters are not friendly, they forget everything you ask for and very little request takes forever. The buffet is a joke. Do not go there! Housekeeping service also frustrating. After 5 days, still didn't...

The property looked great from pics, but when we arrived we realized it wasn't quite what we were hoping for. It is an older hotel, which is fine, but at the premium rates being charged (probably due to spring break time frame) we were a bit underwhelmed by the property itself. That said the service was amazing. We checked in...

We had a great visit to the hotel for spring break and spring training games. Rooms on Garden Level going into courtyard were fantastic, very comfortable bed. Nice pool area and fun with ping pong table and bags game. Hotel staff was outstanding and answered all our questions and gave great suggestions.

My family recently spent five nights here. I am Marriott Platinum, and stay at a lot of Marriott properties. While this property is lovely for sure, it was the service that stood out for us. Every member of the staff from the front desk, to the waiters and bartenders, to the groundskeepers went out of the way to ensure a...

Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains was the perfect hotel to start vacation. The outside of the hotel is beautifully landscaped and has a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The large windows, gorgeous walkways, availability of outdoor seating, and proximity to outdoor recreation facilities allows for guests to really enjoy the beauty of Scottsdale. The hotel room that I stayed in...

Free wi if in lobby only. Really! Just factor it into the cost of the room. Annoying! Proximity to the airport is a minus. Airplanes flying all day. Service at breakfast was "leisurely " aka slow. Employees are friendly; a problem toilet was fixed quickly. And extra towels were brought up promptly.

Great location and place to meet up with the family. They had a map for a nice run around the area. Ate in old town Scottsdale. Saw a baseball game while here. Fabulous! Aye at Barros also did some geocaching and hiking.

We stayed at the Marriott at McDowell Mountain when we were in Scottsdale for Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. The location was perfect for Barrett Jackson, but the hotel itself and the rooms were a bit tired. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wines by the glass list in the lobby bar was excellent. Mountain and golf course views are spectacular....

First, let me say I travel every week and am hard to impress!! My usual place in Scottsdale was super pricey this week because of Spring Training, so I tried something new! Now this might be my new place!! Arrived early & early check in was not a problem. I was in room 176, which overlooks the pool and is...
