Really beautiful place with stunning rooms & plentiful views. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Staff is attentive. Tried a few of the restaurants onsite and were not impressed by the food and was overpriced quite a bit.

You get what you pay for here. I was here on business and everything was fantastic. The TV in the room was huge, ultra modern (it even had a Chromecast on it and could be controlled from my phone). The wife was flawless. The grounds were immaculate. The staff ultra friendly and polite. I can't think of anything to improve...

I recently stayed at the Phoenician again. We were there two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer, as it was an amazing experience and there was still so much to do (the cactus garden, the trapeze, the tennis courts, the playground, etc.). Because we were there such a short time, most of our experience centered around the...

The good: Love the grounds and the spacious rooms. Very relaxing place to be. The bad: I am not impressed with the newly decorated rooms. They are too dark for me. The coffee is now located halfway to the floor. Very inconvenient location for coffee placement. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I have stayed here, I cannot seem to...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the grounds and spaciousness of the accommodations -- starting at 600 square feet -- we regret you did not care for the new design. The concept was to create a retreat-like atmosphere, rooted in luxury, that also speaks to the resort's...

We have been coming here many years and were pleasantly surprised to find the boring beige rooms gone. Deep taupe, taupe, cerulean blue are the new welcome colors. Rooms are generous in size; bathrooms have double sinks; balcony is good size. Beds nice and firm.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days in May for an incentive trip. Well, I lucked out on that one! While he was in conference all day I was living the life by the pool! Our room was small but modern and comfortable. The resort itself is a jewel in the beautiful Arizona desert. The food was phenomenal...

We stopped at the Phoenician to have a drink and show my sister the grounds. We sat at the outside deck and had a drink during happy hour. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. The setting is spectacular. The valet parking was quick and efficient. This is a nice location to enjoy a drink in a spectacular...

We hosted a business trip at The Phoenician and they did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were all very helpful and made our retreat a huge success. We personally stayed in one of the larger renovated rooms and it was gorgeous. The views of the mountains are so awesome. You are close to Scottsdale and tons of...

A bit outdated. Looks like a 1980's getaway resort on the outside. Lots of space to walk around the beautiful grounds. Rooms are large but could use an remodel and step into the 21st century. Staff not as welcoming.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience. In regards to the resort’s style and architecture, the main building is actually designed in four “wings,” two of which provide expansive views of the pools and valley beyond, and two which offer Camelback Mountain as a unique backdrop. We are pleased to share that...

My husband and I stay at the Phoenician quite often when visiting family. Can't say enough good things about the resort. Even when the resort is full, you don't feel crowded and it is not the "scene" that the AZ Biltmore tends to be. Rooms have all been recently renovated. Grounds are beautiful. My only complaint was in the past,...
