We just moved here from SoCal and got a pleasant surprise when we found out they were doing a halloween event. Our kids stayed for the first day and everything was amazing. The decorations, the views, the staff, the cleanliness everything was 100% amazing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The resort itself is amazingly beautiful and the food was delicious. Cory Johnson made our stay so pleasant. We enjoyed talking with him and picking his brain on fun spots to try. Thank you Cory for being great, it’s was such a wonderful start to our stay! Matt Green at the spookeasy bar was so nice and helpful. Karlos Aquino was also nice and helpful. This has been such an amazing experience. I can’t wait to make this a few times a year experience. Maybe even once a month experience! Highly recommend. Especially during covid. I haven’t seen any resort so on top of sanitizing and making sure the rooms, restaurants, pool areas are clean constantly .

We stayed in a casita located toward the back of the property. The casita was great for our families of 3 or more. Our daughter stayed on the sofa couch in the living area and enjoyed watching TV late into the night while me and my husband slept :) The pools were fantastic and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and our stay was super pleasant. We enjoyed the dive in movie right before the monsoon but truly fell in love with the fireworks once the storm let up. We are planning to go during Christmas as they have a terrific light display that they "say" rivals Zoo Lights. The only thing I would change is more options for activities. With Covid I can understand they need to limit and restrict but it would have been nice if there was a cocktail hour in one of the MANY sitting areas or offered fishing all day. Either way it was a great stay and we will be back!!

Unless a corporation is paying for your meal, it's not worth going to the Bourbon Steakhouse at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. For my dinner, i had to settle for a skirt steak for $46 a la carte - it's basically fajita meat where at any high end steak house ( including NYC) you can get a prime bone-in ribeye for $46. They were asking $86 for the ribeye which is a total joke. Everything on the menu was in the astronomical price range (flank steak which is another low end cut of meat was $48). I refused to pay $86 for my ribeye so skirt steak (fajita meat) was what I ordered - and that makes for a miserable trip to a nice steakhouse.

The princess did not disappoint! We had a incredible 3 day celebration trip. The staff was so friendly and the room was very spacious. Everyday we visited a new pool and tried a new drink. We highly recommend the adult pool for a couples get away. Its important to share that we felt the room was very clean. The current COVID environment made us hyper sensitive and we were never concerned.
