I have stayed twice at this resort and it was a very pleasant experience. Love the tranquility of the indoor/outdoor atmosphere. The pool area is great with the separation of the adult area and the area for the families with children and the waterslide. Having bottled water available to the guest anytime is a plus.

I have no major issues with the hotel itself. The property is beautiful. It's a serene relaxing atmosphere. The pool is excellent and we received great service at the bar and sushi restaurant. My issue is with the room we were originally placed in. We did web check in and upon arrival were told we were being placed in a...

We can assure you that your review is not typical of fellow travelers, but we would definitely like to obtain more details from you regarding the condition of the casita you stayed in. We are not aware of a casita that fits that description, so...

Just returned from a business trip at the Hyatt. This was my first trip to Scottsdale and the hotel was great! Upon check-in you are offered a margarita, which was nice but I had to pass as I was working. The rooms were nice, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was very nice and polite as well as very...

We always enjoy our stay at the resort, but it seems like our food and beverage bill is the same amount. Almost like being on a cruise ship. The place is beautiful with several restaurant and the entertainment is awesome. We love the acoustics! Where else can you take a gondola ride in the desert?

Upon check in was given a margarita-- what's not to love about that!? The bar is spacious and comfortable, and has awesome live music at night. Throughly enjoyed the spa-- the mineral pool is amazing and I loved that I could lie out there all day after my treatment. Super tranquil and private. Loved the pool area too. Good poolside...

This hotel is very comfortable!!! Pools were wonderful, rooms cleaned nicely, beds were ok - compared to the Marriott .. Valet is very courteous - we stayed a week ., activities: we were mainly in the pool but did do tennis, I must share that getting the rackets after the concierge closes what a bit frustrating as the staff hadn't...

The resort is impressive.. However to my surprise many things didn't go as it should. I'm a Hyatt Platinum member: - there was no one at the platinum/diamond check in counter. - not everyone was offered welcome drink - turn down service was offered, but only the first night turndown was done - room smells... I had to sleep with...

Traveled out to Scottsdale from SoCal and got to stay at this beautiful resort for 3 nights Thursday thru Sunday. I can't explain how wonderful the experience was, mainly due to the great service. Booked a Regency Club room, for myself, wife and 6 year old daughter. Front desk asked if we were there for a special occasion and told...

Take it from a local, this is a nice hotel but their lack of ethics and respect speaks volumes. I have lived five miles from this hotel for 27 YEARS and they always come up with some new caveat to nickel and dime you to death. To a certain extent, I can live with that...it's just business. However, I do...
