The resort room was clean. Very friendly staff. Only issue I had was the swimming pool. It was murky. Don't know how often they clean it. But other than that....our experience was great. we ate at their restaurants and the food was delicious. Kids eat free.

My husband and I have been married 22 years and we wanted to do a stay cation. We really enjoyed our stay. The gondola ride was very nice. Very romantic. The band that played there that night was really good.

We stayed in adjoining rooms on the first floor/ lagoon view for three nights in July. One room had a king bed and the other two had queen beds for our teens. Each room had a small refrigerator. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The resort has multiple pools and a poolside restaurant. The food was very good. They also have water stations throughout the resort. Very helpful in the July heat! The Market also offered free refills (same day) for our coffees/ tea purchases. Service and food were outstanding! In particular, the SWB Manager (Natane) should be recognized for her excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. We also ate at Alto and enjoyed the service by Steig and our meals. Alto provided complimentary gondola ride tickets after our dinner. Marcus was our gondolier and he did a great job on a hot Arizona night. We stayed here in 2015. Excellent experience again and would stay here in the future.

Let me first start by saying the hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and the pools are great. My feedback is really around the food options or lack there of. There is one restaurant for breakfast and the menu is very limited with choices. It is a southwest flair so this is where you become limited. It does not cater to all hotel guests, but rather only ones that like that kind of food. Other than that, there is a marketplace to get a quick something on the go. There is a very nice Italian restaurant on property as well for dinner. The front desk staff was fantastic and everyone at the facility was friendly and helpful. The staff around the pool was tripping over you to ensure you were attended to. They constantly brought fresh pitchers of ice water, which is a necessity in the Arizona heat. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and I think it was fine, just a bit disappointed with the food selections.

The resort is beautiful but there were many unattended children running wild through the hotel and even playing tag through the hotel bar during the band. There was no way to enjoy the band and someone will get hurt. They were running on marble stairs with flip-flops. One ran into me and almost knocked a new camera out of my hand. Just a matter of time before bad things happen.
