Spent four nights at the hotel. Clean room, nice bed, friendly service. Business meeting space was in good condition and the associated food and beverage service was complimnentary. Would return in the event Scottsdale is in my future travel plans.

Service personnel was great, but the hotel is under construction and I didn't know that until I arrived. The construction was right outside of my room and started early in the morning. The room service menu and restaurant menu was very limited, while the food was good, the selection was disappointing. This was the same with the snacks and items available for purchase, very limited.

The entire hotel is spectacular! the rooms and common areas have been renovated, as well as the Spa and restaurants! everything smells new! the food is great, the gym is huge and the equipment is new, the pool and pool bar are paradise! all staff extremely attentive! Without a doubt the best hotel in Scottsdale!!!

What an amazing place to stay! We first were in one of the older rooms, and then asked to be moved because of some construction noise. Our new room was remodeled and beautiful- such a great upgrade! We had breakfast each morning and tried something new each day- all our choices were delicious. It was relaxing to hang out and work by the pool- and if we had more time, we would have taken advantage of the bike rentals to explore the area. The best part of our trip was the friendliness of the front desk staff, especially Brandon! Even though he was new to the role, he did an incredible job of helping us get settled and making our time at the Ranch a complete enjoyment. Hopefully you'll cross paths with Brandon on your stay- he is hand's down the most awesome front-desk staff we've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Thanks Brandon!…

I went to the Scottsdale resort for breakfast with a friend of mine. The patio was beautifully put together in a cozy atmosphere right on the golf course. The staff was friendly. Our server John had the whole patio to himself and served everyone efficiently with the best smile. John was kind, happy, and a pleasure to be around. We really appreciated his attention to detail. It’s difficult to find good service like this anymore. It was such a delight. We throughly enjoyed our experience there. Will definitely recommend to others and return! What a wonderful way to start the week! Looking forward to our next visit!

Although there are renovations being done here they did not bother us at all. It’s in a beautiful location not far from the airport and right next to a very nice golf course. The pool just opened and it’s pretty big with plenty of seating. The staff is fantastic and the service excellent. Extremely clean and spacious rooms.

We stayed for a week. 3 days business and 4 days just to hangout. Thought the renovation would be a problem but didn't affect us at all. Had to use restaurant at the bar because the other one was closed for remodeling. The staff in the restaurant were perfect. The kind of people you like to talk to. Christian, Antonio, Harrison and Morgan were our favorites. Another employee that will go out of his way to help was Brad. He is temporary help from another hotel that is being renovated. He was driving the shuttle van most of the time we were there.

Anita served us the most delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our morning here. Coffee was good. I had the bacon that was perfect. Definitely will be coming back while we are here in Scottsdale Arizona
