Beautiful facility, friendly staff and wonderful food made for a relaxing conference. The only down side was that they were full so I couldn't stay there my last night in town. The coutyards, fire pits and warm pool were very inviting and well maintained.

The grounds are very nice but the rooms and hallways need updating. Front desk was also not too helpful. A glass of wine was $16 so alcohol was quite expensive except during happy hour. Still enjoyed the stay but would have expected better for cost of the room.

Loved the big chair in the room. Loved t darkness of room when blinds closed. Could have a sign up in hallways asking guests to walk quietly in hallways after 10 as sound did travel when quiet. That's about it!

I stayed here on business as a conference was being hosted here. I would never recommend anyone come here for a family vacation. I was not happy from a business perspective and I would be less happy if I came here with my family. Property (i.e., rooms, hallways, etc.) needs upgrading. Hotel service was not so great. Hotel located right...

The description of the resort vs. the actual experience was disappointing. There were no views of the desert, the mountains or even the pool from my room and from very few other areas of the property. The rooms were no better nor no worse than any upscale hotel I have stayed in. The concierge parking staff were excellent. Both gentlemen...

Would not return or pay $200+ for a room at a place that is inhospitable and subpar. Booked a 3 night stay, but 2 out of 3 nights were horrible with loud parties in the room(s) below me after midnight. Security had to be called multiple times to break up the parties but no effort was made by staff to...

I was expecting more for $350+ per night. Old creaky rooms (although very comfortable beds) and no hot tubs in the pool areas. Lobby bar was nice and had a good selection of breakfast items. Friendly staff.

Stayed for a conference. Food, service and meeting rooms were great. The grounds go on forever and are beautifully maintained. Hotel room lovely but for some small issues like smell and a not well functioning TV.

We arrived in February for a 3-day work conference and found unique, beautiful, and ideal accommodations for the 400+ attendees. Lovely, spacious outdoor patios were perfect for lunchtime buffets and impromptu networking. The larger ballrooms and smaller breakout rooms were updated and comfortable, with knowledgeable IT support and friendly, attentive staff. And the meals were excellent, highlighted by abundant fresh...

I have stayed in comparable hotels for less money with better amenities. At $250 per night I expected the hotel to have a more upscale appearance. The rustic look in this day and age is just not appealing to myself. However, every member of the staff I encountered was absolutely fantastic. The parent company just really needs to spend the...
