Spent a girls getaway night for my sister's birthday here in one of the poolside rooms. Nice upgrade, friendly staff. Had a great time! Pool is awesome with great music playing during the day. Perfect location in the heart of Old Scottsdale! Next time we'll stay longer than 1 night!
We stayed three days as we are waiting for the house to sell and at first our room wasn’t the best but Mia made sure we got a pool front bottom level appropriate room to compensate. Mia was amazing with her extra an exponential customer service, she went above and beyond more than I’ve had at a five-star resort. Once we found out that something wasn’t right Clint the manager, was absolutely above and beyond! Filled with customer service and at the end of our checkout, truly cared about our stay. We will return next week because of them! Thank youMia and Clint for making our stay feel like we were guests at your home. Sooo comfortable and relaxed.
Loved this hotel! Great location in Old Town, stores, restaurants and parks. Pool and fitness center are awesome! Room very comfortable and stylish. So grateful to Maya at the front desk for helping us out with travel hassles! Will definitely stay here again!
Stayed for a quick weekend getaway, Maya at the front counter was an amazing help making my adjusting my accommodations last minute and making my stay all the better! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
Pros: Great location just across from the old town area. The pool area was large and well kept with poolside food and drink service. Friendly staff throughout. Cons: This very large property feels like it was formerly a run down place that was "fixed up" on a budget. The beds were full sized, not queen even though there was enough space for queen rooms. The decor was strange. There was a sheer curtain on one wall that blocked access to the outlets. Popcorn ceilings. The first time we tried to shower the shower was broken and a maintenance person had to come fix it. He was nice and it was fixed in about 20 minutes, but still. The bathroom was small with minimal counter space. The bathroom door was barn style and did not close all the way. The balconies are strange. They are very small, too small for any furniture. There is barely enough space to stand out there. I stayed with two girlfriends and the overall consensus was that the location and pool made up for any shortcomings. I would stay there again, although the rooms could benefit from some changes.…
