Resort is close to everything in North Scottsdale. We enjoyed the quiet pool right outside our door. The kitchen was minimally stocked although adequate. Maids could do a better job cleaning the bathroom prior to arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the resort.
We have stayed at this property numerous times. We are Marriott owners and have exchanged in and booked a getaway now and then when it suited our needs. The location, amenities, activities, cleanliness is more than adequate and is has a nice work out room as well. We have met some fine folks during our stays here and have really enjoyed the energy and creativity that the staff uses to their activity offerings. The deluxe one bedroom is generally the unit we reserve and again don't hesitate to stay here when you are in the neighborhood.
My stay at the Sheraton Desert Oasis was fantastic. I stayed in a small one bedroom. Check in was quick and easy. Remember to stop by the concierge to get an area map and other information about the area. As I entered the room it was clean. The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook meals through the week. I texted the front desk to get a double burner to use to cook. Their texting feature to contact the front desk was a nice feature of the resort. The front desk answered my text quickly. The room was comfortable to stay in. I loved the air bubble tub. This was my first time to see one of these tubs. They have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the shower/tub area. There were full bottles of liquid soap and lotion by the sink to use. Extra toilet paper and facial tissue was left in the room. Due to Covid there isn’t a mid week cleaning. I walked around the grounds, which was very nice and serene. The pool area was busy when I stopped by. They had a quiet pool for those that want to get away from the action of the pool area. The gym was nice also. They had all the machines and equipment that one would need to use to workout. Towels and cold towels were there if needed. Where my room was located parking was convenient. It was right outside my room. There’s ice machines around the resort to use. So it was nice to have that I didn’t have to make my own ice in the room or go buy it. During the summer Scottsdale is very hot and humid. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants in the area to go to. I recommend having a car to get around the area. I enjoyed my time at the resort. I recommend this resort to stay. You will enjoy your time there as I had. I was sad to leave on the last day. I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis.…
Just got home from a week’s stay at this awesome place. The whole resort was in great shape! Excellent service and the amenities were amazing. We had a one room villa with a small kitchen. No stove or oven but we were provided a two burner electric hot plate. Stores are nearby so we had groceries to make meals. The pools are well maintained and there’s a quiet pool too if the families and music are too loud. Both have waterfalls. Love the serenity of this spot. 10/10 recommend!!
Very comfortable stay, beautiful grounds, good location, high quality interior finishings, helpful personel, all you need for a wonderful vacation. We stayed with a view of a quiet pool and this was a real bonus.
The resort is very comfortable and is in a very safe location. There are stores for groceries and any other shopping needs in a relatively short drive. The pool was open until 11pm which is later than many other resorts. Which is nice if you want to cool off without too many kids splashing around you. There is cornhole and ping pong on the outdoor patio by the main pool. The drinks and food was very appetizing and they will bring your food to your chair. Prices for alcohol is a little steep but I am not sure if they can change those. Food prices are reasonable. The rooms we stayed in could sleep three people comfortably but if you have a group of four it may get a little tight.
Loved the resort. The condo was well appointed and very clean. The pool was great, played good music and the staff were very friendly. The consierge was very helpful. The location was close to several restaurants and shops.
Just finishing a 4 night stay here, and only positives to report. Units are clean, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen is fully stocked, and the front desk staff are friendly and ready to top up anything you might need. There's 2 pools, and for us, the relaxation pool is great, with lots of recliners and umbrellas for shade, and water temps are perfect for this hot June afternoon. The 1 Bedroom suite we had also included a 2-person Whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and some luxury bath products from Gilchrist & Soames. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Highly recommended.
Have stayed here many times over the years, to the point where you get to know some of the staff by name (especially Mo who handles pool area stuff). Went this year for the Waste Management Golf Open. What a great event. We were able to walk to the course and enjoy hassle free entrance. No parking or drinking/driving issues. Although there is only a poolside grill at the resort, there are literally dozens of restaurant within 5 to 20 minutes. Amenities are nice, the place is clean and well kept, friendly staff and service. An ideal spot for February of 2023, when the Waste Management Open AND the Super Bowl are in town the same weekend. Good luck finding a room this year. We look forward to our next stay...
We only stayed here for one nite, while visiting friends in Scottsdale before our departure for the Grand Canyon. This is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are large. We had three bedrooms for our family of six adults...but could have reserved two instead. I had no idea the living room area offered a sleeper sofa. So..my kids lived large for one nite in their king size beds. The pool is large and clean, and there is a snack shop that offers light fare. I highly recommend this location and will be staying here in future when in Scottsdale.
