This is a great resort but parking is $25 per day which is absurd since you need a vehicle to reach the resort (located outside of Scottsdale). The fee for parking in addition to the $30 per day resort fee are expensive compared to the overall value and experience.

Lovely pool area, but the room was just average. It was relatively clean, chair was not comfortable. For the price, we will stay elsewhere on our next visit. Service at check in was not welcoming. Dining good for dinner but service for breakfast was very slow.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. What we thought we were booking (and paying for) was a luxury hotel. What we got as a stripped down room that was so incredibly uncomfortable. I have had better rooms at low end hotels for a quarter of the price. The room had two queen beds and that was it -- not even a chair to sit in and no dresser or any other furniture to put our clothes in. The room didn't even have a ceiling -- SERIOUSLY! Just looking up to raw, cracked, concrete. If we were staying at a low end hotel, none of this world bother me. But what we paid was over $400 a night and this was completely unacceptable for that. I will say, the grounds and the setting are lovely. They said the pool was heated but it was a bit chilly. There are nice tennis courts and pickleball. We were told that the chef in the restaurant would accommodate our request for a vegan meal, however when we went to have dinner in the restaurant they hostess told us there was nothing for us. So we had to get our car out of the valet and go eat. The staff was lovely. But we would not stay at this hotel again. I don't know if we had an anomalous room or if all the rooms are so sparse, but honestly I would have never paid this much to stay here if I knew this was what I was getting. Just beware.

Wonderful and patient staff to welcome guests. You can't beat the room shower or the view from the balcony. Convenient staying in main building for parking, pools and restaurant, bar and fitness center. Great arrangement of the adult (lap) pool, large family pool and extraordinary hot tub area. Continental breakfast was a letdown compared to previous year visit. Great value among the quality resorts in the Phoenix area.

Very happy with the room and the property. Sofia checked us in and was very helpful. She also had a cheerful attitude and answered our questions. Excellent. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Lindsey was our server and also had a great attitude and was happy to assist with some special requests. Lindsey was great. The only downside and reason why a star or two dropped off the review was Samiya. We remember her from last time not being very professional, but this time was even worse. She is the front desk manager I believe and had a chance to interact with my wife. Samiya was very unprofessional and treated my wife terribly. I tried to reach out to the general manager but was given conflicting names on who to speak to. Overall we enjoyed our stay but part of that experience is interacting with staff. Sofia and Lindsey were exceptional. Samiya was terrible. Not sure if we will return. The unprofessionalism from manager left a bad taste in our mouths.

Paid for a Mountain View to have a peaceful experience before Mayo. I ended up with a Parking Lot view. Woke up as employees were loud at shift change 11pm and in the morning I woke up to delivery trucks beeping. All I wanted was some peace before Mayo. The manager said all she could do is comp a discount. I didn't want a discount, just a new room that was in a quiet setting. She said sorry. I will not be coming back.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are decent size and newer. Views from rooms and pool are great. each floor has water/sparkling water dispensers by elevator which was great; they even give you a reusable water bottle to Use during your stay. Access to a little hiking trail out back by the pool which a good was to start the day. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Price was very fair for what you get here.

We were checked in by a very nice young man called Brandon who despite our late arrival did his best to give us a room over looking the pool at the quieter side of the hotel. On reflection the rooms over looking the front of the hotel and partial car park get the late sun & may have been a better choice. If you want to hike this hotel is good with some beautiful hiking trails near by. We did not have a great experience dining on either night and maybe we had an off server on our last night but she ruined our evening and we decided to leave a day earlier. The manager at the desk called Sumaiya was so helpful we felt bad that we were letting her know our complaint. If you want to eat elsewhere the hotel is a long way from other restaurants. The hotel has a water station on every level and is in a stunning location with some very nice staff so a pity the bad food and server let the other elements down.

Thank you to housekeeping and Sharon. However, there seems to have been a change in management/staff since last December when we stayed once before. Because of the great hospitality last year we made plans to return. Our experience has been different and lacking the enthusiasm to return. As Titanium members, we are used to a higher level of welcoming. That was missing from the start at check-in to the breakfast waiter to the bartender. The new staff appear to be more transactional than hospitable. Disappointed!
