This Four Seasons is absolutely perfect in every way. Service was superb, friendly and attentive. The resort is very COVID clean and they take great care in being careful. The yoga, spa and pool are wonderful and our room was excellent with a nice fire pit. Also the resort is very dog friendly. This is a perfect spot to retreat during COVID and the dining options, bar and room are prefect spots to be outside and enjoy the beauty of the area. No complaints with this property and certainly a sincere shout out to the staff of this property who made our stay perfect.
This is a couple months overdue but I had to share about a solo visit I made to the property back in November. As Covid cases surged and flying became too much a risk due to my underlying medical conditions, I was faced with the option of cancelling this much-needed escape or driving making the 14 hr drive from Colorado. I'm so, so glad I chose the latter. Front Office Manager Emily set me up with second floor casita with an incredible view of the mtn and gave me advice for great walks around the property and when to hike. I took all my meals via in-doom dining and the food was fantastic. Especially loved the pretzel bites and the little duck wings. I was able to relax, recharge, and even record a podcast episode with a well-known author who lived nearby and came to visit (socially distanced/masked) for the afternoon (search No Time to Waste wherever you get your podcasts). All in all the visit exceeded my expectations and filled my soul for the 14 hr drive I took home via Moab. Thank you to all who took such good care of me!…
My husband and I desperately needed a few days away from the never-ending weight of 2020 which was crushing us just a bit. We have always had wonderful experiences at Four Seasons' properties so decided to check out the resort in Scottsdale. As has always been the case, we fell in love with the property and the people there. The scenery was stunning and the resort itself is just beautiful - rooms, restaurants, etc. We had an extremely relaxing and lovely four days and felt completely safe there. I want to thank kind and wonderful Ben at the front desk for making sure our suite was perfect (it was!) and also the very gentil and handsome French valet (do not know his name) who took the time to do a favor for my husband who asked if he might say "bonjour" to his wife who tries her best to parle a bit of Francais. :D Such a very nice guy who inspired me to revisit my French lessons once home. Overall, we left refreshed and feeling like we could and would somehow get through the rest of the year. We will be back someday, I hope. It was just magical in every possible way and I would highly recommend a few nights at this lovely property for anyone who just needs the perfect escape from the day to day round of life. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. <3 …
Resort rooms are contemporary, residence club is South Western style. Excellent service everywhere. It’s a quiet resort in a more remote location. Good for golf, tennis, relaxing by the pools,on-site dining and hiking Two good gyms. The residence club gym has a couple of pelotons. Gorgeous sunsets from resort lobby and Proof patio.
We’ve stayed at several resorts in the Scottsdale area and the Four Seasons Scottsdale is by far our favorite. Nestled at the base of Pinnacle Peak, the location is perfect. Close enough to Scottsdale’s excellent shopping and restaurants, but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Sonora desert. In my opinion, what makes Four Season resorts special is the people. During our stay we received excellent service, but there were a few individuals who went above and beyond. Cristell (Front Desk Manager) went out of her way to make sure we had a great room during our stay. Chelsie at Saguaro Blossom is a rockstar. While relaxing in the hot tube I placed my $200 sunglasses along the edge of the spa. After leaving the pool area and retiring to our room we received a call from Chelsie asking if I had left my sunglasses by the spa. A little embarrassed, but super appreciative, I was impressed by Chelsie’s initiative to figure out that I had left the sunglasses by the hot tube and track me down. Thank you Chelsie. Tomas at the valet helped us check in and take us to our car on several occasions. He is very friendly and a credit to the Four Seasons. If you are considering a visit to Scottsdale, the Four Seasons should be at the top of your list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.…
