We stayed for four days, three with a group and one extra day... required two separate reservations which was unnecessary in my view. The rooms are a little tired and the carpet in our "upgraded" room was threadbare at the joints. Wi-Fi (free for groups and Kimpton members) was sporadic and sometimes not available from our room. Fortunately, little time...

I'm very disappointed to hear that you weren't impressed with our Guest Rooms. A lot of time and resources have been dedicated to making your entire stay a first-class experience. I apologize that we didn't exceed your expectations in this area. A couple of weeks ago, the Phoenix Area experienced record-setting cold temperatures for 4 consecutive days. The damage this...

A superb experience, Professional staff, small but full service facility in a great Scottsdale location. Well kept. The location is conveninent to art galleries, shopping and restaurants. The hospitality transportation is a plus. It is pet friendly hotel but I never heard a barking dog or howling cat. The grounds showed no signs of unruly pets.

Nice property with gardens and pools. Ten minute walk to Fashion Mall and Old Scottsdale. Lobby has funky "W" feel. Complimentary wine social 5-6. Very friendly staff. Nice beds, linens and TV's. Lots of parking close to your room. The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The coffee served in the restaurant and lobby was not...

Oh no! I'm sorry you didn't care for the coffee we serve. It is a bit of a specialty coffee as it is a liquid concentrate that is created with a cold brewing process rather than heat brewing. The cold brewing eliminates the break-down that occurs any time heat is used. As another option, Taggia also offers espresso drinks which...

Loved the grounds at this hotel. The modern and warm atmosphere in the lobby, with evening wine and the fireplaces, made it feel like coming home. Despite the unseasonably cold temperature, the whole family was able to use the heated pools and hot tub daily. The location was really convenient to modern shopping and old Scottsdale. The rooms were clean...

Thank you so much for the great review! I'm sorry to hear you were visiting Arizona at the same time we were experiencing those record low temperatures. We like to think we can make just about anything happen around here, but apparently Mother Nature likes to remind us who's in charge! Hope you get the chance to visit during warmer...

Great hotel! Staff was awesome. Super pet friendly. Grass and doggie clean up stations right outside the lower level rooms that we stayed in. Beautiful pools. Close enough to downtown that you can walk but the hotel offers free shuttle service, as well. Happy hour in the hotel is great. They make a yummy prickly pear margarita. On site spa...

I just returned from a family gathering of 11 people ages 13-80 and we all LOVED it! The hotel is beautiful. Complete resort feel in an amazing location in Scottsdale. Near wonderful restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. This was my first experience at a Kimpton property, but won't be must last. The lobby, restaurant, firepits, tons of small sitting areas, beautiful...

Thank you! I am so happy to hear that your family enjoyed your getway with us at the FireSky! Taking time to reflect upon your new memories is appreciated and sharing on Trip Advisor is special to us. Check out some of our other Kimpton properties, but promise to come back to the FireSky!! FireSky is exactly what I would expect from a Kempton hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have redone an older property into something lovely and stylish. The only place you really feel that this used to be an old motel is in the hallways. The pool area has a resort feel. However, I was there in January,...

Went down to Scottsdale for my wife's 40th birthday (from Portland, OR). We made reservations for a standard King, dinner at their restaurant, and a couples hot rock massage. The room was just ok, but their service was great. They had a free wine hour in the lobby each night. The waiter comped us our appitizer and desert and gave...

We spent 4 nights at the Firesky Resort for a couples getaway and enjoyed our time there. The location was great for us since we wanted to be able to walk to downtown Scottsdale.
