The idea of the resort was nice. "Lagoon View" room but the lagoon was under construction and was more of a swamp. On the morning we were checking out and pulled sheets all the way back to make sure we were not leaving anything, found a spot of blood! Not a set in stain but clearly evidence that bedding is... Randomly pulled in to this hotel at the end of a long day on the road - very hot & tired!! Made to feel welcome straight away by Kurt, who looked after us and booked us into a room quickly so that we could indulge in the hotels facilities Lovely relaxed atmosphere and an ideal setting - gardens & pool... Stayed here on July 23rd. It's like almost every other old hotel in Scottsdale. Average service, a sad makeover attempt with a bogus resort fee. Not worth it unless you can get it for under a hundred bucks.

Right on Scottsdale Road, close to Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square and a plethora of restaurants and bars - you can't beat the location. The rooms are spacious, though do need some updating. The pool is smallish but fits the size of the property. Love that it is a pet friendly property. Pool servers were very friendly and efficient. Compared... More

First time at Firesky Resort. My wife and I decided to take the kids for a little staycation in Scottsdale. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property was beautiful. However, not a place for kids at least not ours. Lots of drinking and vaping at the pool during the day and night. That's... More

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at the fire sky resort. We had a great room and view as well as enjoyed the pool facilities. As always the dinners at Taggia restaurant were exceptional. We also love the location everything is within a few miles of the resort. The staff was exceptionally Nice to us and catered to... More

I love fire sky because you can feel free to be yourself. The pool is so fun! Drinks are amazing! Rooms are mediocre but hopefully you aren't the type to sit in there the whole time. It's very close to old town as well so that's cool. Postinos next door is a great Sunday brunch spot that offers 5$ pitchers!... More

Dear Kimber408, I agreed with you on why sit in the room when there is so much to do around town and so many amenities to enjoy at the resort. Next time, be sure to visit our spa.. Warm regards, Aye Director of Rooms More

Only regret was that we did not eat in the restaurant that evening. This was a stop on our way elsewhere, but after a long day of driving, it was heaven. The lobby alone is an oasis. Wish I had brought my swim suit, the pool looked so inviting, but it was enough to dangle my feet and enjoy the... More

I went for the first time to the Spa and prior to that the pool and had lunch. The pool ambassadors were great -- very attentive. Pools were crowded but there were lounge chairs available. With Summer deals there were a lot of families with children -- especially around the sand beach pool -- but that's to be expected. The... More

Awesome pool areas for relaxing, unless kids are running around. Resort fee is ridiculous especially since they no longer have wine hour here. I was informed after inquiring about it since all reviews say they have wine hour every day but was told they stopped doing wine hour. Rooms are nice but outdated. No fridge space because it's filled with... More
