Nothing special about the room. Typical cookie-cutter room with a brown recluse spider on the wall. Front desk people were friendly, although the reservation information had errors that I had to correct.

Reserved our room a week in advance. Checked in at 1am because we attended a wedding. Front desk clerk was busy trying to check in someone from Canada who specified that she wanted a bottom floor room when she made her reservations. The Canadian visitors went into their first floor room to find that it wasn't made up- no pillows,...

Last week, my husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived around 5 pm and was greeted by a kind woman. She checked us in and sent us to the hotel room around the back of the hotel. We were confused because the parking lot was virtually empty. As we drove around the back, we were...

We stayed here because there was nothing else available in the area. We were glad we stayed here because of the excellent beds - the best we have had after a week on the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful with a minor problem and with our questions.

After riding a motorcycle across NM. all day, this was a pleasant site. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable, and well priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. A gem in the desert. The Denny's next door was great too.

Room rate higher than quoted making reservations. This happened to several of our friends also. Room not cleaned one time while there. "Do not disturb" (DND) on door till we got up about 10a. Per Front Desk (FD): once they pass a room, they don't come back to clean it. Everyday went to FD for towels, t paper, etc. I...

"Adequate" is the operational word here. We were somehow told that this was the only motel in the greater area. When I called to make a reservation for two nights, the young gal confirmed that this was true. (It wasn't - there were others in the area.) Our GPS got us lost as we were heading east on I-40, so...

This was a clean and attractive motel, a perfectly reasonable value. The biggest drawback was the powerful fragrancein the room, which is very hard on those of us who have allergies. (I don't know if it was in the cleaning products or the carpeting or what.) I agree with Heinz, below, that the quieter rooms are in the back. Although...

Traveling around the Southwest, we stayed in many hotels. Navajoland Inn was one of the best. We treated with friendliness and respect. Our suite was in the corner on the first floor. It was clean and had enough room for all three of us. Since we were staying only one night, we were comfortable with the size of the room,...

I was here for several days. Had some issues when we got to our room. Had to get 4 different key cards to finally get the door to open. The room was very spacious, no foul odors. The area was quiet and peaceful. The spa was just what the doctored ordered after driving for 40 hours. The staff was very...
