I was expecting a better experience based on the recent reviews that i read. The hotel is older but renovated. The room was clean with the unique deco style furniture that others have noted. However, it was a busy friday night and the noise from the road, parking lot, room above, and room next door was much louder than my...

You're out of town - it's quiet - there are trees all around - it's peaceful - and best of all you're in a very clean and comfortable room! We were pleasantly greeted at the front desk and check-in was a breeze - even though we had reservations, it was a pleasant check-in. The stay was great! ...and, the breakfast...

A lovely modest inn with upgraded linens on the bed, interesting deco style furniture and a friendly front desk. The price is right and our AAA discount was honored. We only spent one night but would return. The beds was comfy and all was clean. It is an older property but clearly there are efforts made to keep up with...

the man at reception was very nice and tried to give me an upstairs quiet room, which i had requested when i booked the room. however the kitchette suites all have adjoining doors, which i find to be horrible if you have a noisy neighbor or someone who plays the tv loud. so i moved to a king room with...

This place is very reasonably priced. It is on the edge of town so to speak. We loved looking out of the kitchen window right into the forest. The bathroom vanity has been coated and that is beginning to peel off. The handles on the bathtub were missing the plastic covers. It is a basic place but the king room...

Gross, dirty, disgusting, broken, decrepit. I did not stay here, after trying 3 different rooms. I'm not that picky, but this place didn't meet the minimum standards of cleanliness (big clump of hair stuck to the shower wall, candy wrappers under the bed, footprints on the wall, some rooms are former smoking rooms and still have cigarette smell), operating equipment...

This hotel is somewhat away from the main hotel/restaurant area in Prescott. The location is adjacent to the National Forest on the SW side of town on Hwy. 89. There are large Ponderosa Pines directly behind the hotel. The staff were both friendly and helpful. There are at least 3 separate buildings. Our room was clean and had new carpeting...

Happened upon this hotel on a spur of the moment trip into Presott Az this January. My husband and I spent the day in Jerome Arizona, a nearby "Ghost Town" and took the scenic back road into Prescott from there not sure if we would just head home or find a place to stay the night. Checking online along the...

The Inn is surrounded by pines and the air smells so wonderful in the morning. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was nice and there was plenty of hot water. We will be back again very soon

Late night check in and staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean and just right for my overnight stay. Although not traveling with a pet this facility is pet friendly. Parking is sufficient, and safe. This is located just up the road from downtown Prescott. Look forward to returning.
