This place was. Phenomenal. My wife and I came up to Prescott from the valley to get out of the heat and maintain our sanity during this whole covid 19 lockdown. We hit the lake first and then had some food, and decided to stay the night if we could find a nice, affordable place. We found this little gem of an area and called a little late. Mark answered the phone super enthusiastically and I was met with nothing but friendliness. I booked the room, and we showed up about 25 minutes later. I didn’t know the office closed at 7, and we got there at about 730. He actually waited for us to get there just to greet us and tell us about a couple amenities. He was incredibly friendly and humble. The place is amazing. There is less than 15 units it seemed, so it doesn’t get over crowded. Your own parking spot. My wife and I stayed in room 2, which was small and perfect for us. Super cozy inside, generously inviting, and quiet. The bed was beyond comfortable and the pillows felt like clouds. The patio was the perfect spot to sit, soak in the sun and oxygen from the surrounding trees, and ground yourself back down to nature. I’ll book this place every time I come to Prescott now, and am already thinking of when the next time I’m going to come will be. 10 out of 10.

We loved this hotel, it was small and the service was great. Each room is different, we had room 3 with a fireplace (gas) and a small kitchenette. We would definately come back, price was great. Old motor lodge converted into boutique motel with an old school theme.

Knew nothing about Prescott and decided to stay at this place. Everything was great from the first phone call. Very friendly and welcoming owner. The place was a 40's motor lodge and everything has been updated with modern fixtures and style. Great hot showers, gas fireplace, excellent Internet, garage parking and small patio out front. Walking distance to downtown and 1 block from brewery.
