Hotel is a couple blocks off of I-17 and easy to get to. Has a nice outdoor pool with spa and patio area with several tables that are shared with the Courtyard hotel. It is private and shaded nicely! We really enjoyed it! Stayed 4 nights and breakfast was excellent each day. The staff was outstanding and super helpful! Many...

This hotel offers plenty of space for your longer stays in either the suite or the studio. Breakfast options are good. It is in a great location with many restaurants, shopping, movies and easy access to major highways.

Arriving from a suite at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, I felt we were sure to be disappointed. We were not ! I had called ahead and asked fro a Platinum upgrade, and they had given me a nice quiet corner room, with which I was more than happy. Comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious, what more could anyone want. Ideally located...

Throw away the cookie-cutter design of Residence Inns. Maybe it was because I was a Marriott Gold member, but when I entered my room I thought I was in a 1 bedroom apartment! Well laid out, private, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was right behind a Courtyard property. Hence a bar only a short...

This is a nice RI that shares a courtyard/pool with the Courtyard Inn next door. It is in a good location near many shopping and dining options. Where they dropped the ball was on customer service. We stay in Marriotts over 100 nights a year and I have never had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet...

From check in to check out, it really was a great stay. Everything was very clean and well kept, service was outstanding. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance. One of the nicest Residence Inns I have visited.

We flew into Phoenix airport to go to the Grand Canyon and wanted to spend the night somewhere that will give us a headstart going north. The hotel was clean, and we all slept well. Breakfast had good choices. The hotel staff at breakfast made sure that food did not run out and were constantly checking in on the customers....

Travelers, a nice enough place to stay.... GREAT Wi-Fi speed. While not brand new this nicely remodeled Residence Inn pretty nice. Rooms are nice and pretty quiet. The Wi Fi speed is really fast, for once! Oh, the towels are old, thin and crisp from being laundered a zillion times!

Very nice hotel, decent selection of breakfast items. Different selection each day. WONDERFUL customer service. 30 minutes to Scottsdale, 1.5 hours to Sedona, 3 hours to the Grand Canyon. Shops and restaurants very close by. Highly recommended!! Would definitely return.
