Well, not too people friendly either. This RV park is right off the 17 highway and a very busy frontage road. Lot of traffic noise, day and night. There are gigantic digital billboards surrounding the park so it is always almost daylight. But the worst part for us was that they barely tolerate dogs. There are several tiny sandy dog runs and evidently management expects you to carry your dogs there. Walking through the park with dogs is highly discouraged and they almost threaten to fine you if you do. The park is mostly full-time residents with a small transient area. The only people who were at all friendly were the other transient rv’ers… residents were very unfriendly and obviously resented us being there. Pool is open 8am to 10 pm but was closed two hours early on one of our days there, no one ever offered an explanation. We had a battery problem the morning we checked out, called the office asking for help but no one ever showed up. Thankfully other rv’ers helped us get started so we could finally and gratefully leave this park. Stay anywhere else. This is not the place for you.

I wouldn't recommend this resort if you have a pet. You can't walk your pet. It has to be carried to the dog run and carried back. We stayed for 4 months. The atmosphere of all the people was tense. Everyone walks on egg shells worried about getting written up by the office for just about anything. Karen in the office was amazing to work with. It's too bad we had to deal with Joan way too much. Each month I went to pay my rent, she would tell me I hadn't paid the month before. My billing was always messed up. She is an extremely rude person and shouldn't be the face of the park. I had a package delivered on a Friday and finally asked about it on the following Wed only to be told by Joan that she was too busy to get it. It was US MAIL! She even went to another resident and screamed at her. Then there is Jody who carts around and writes people up that she doesn't like. Until these two are gone, I wouldn't recommend this resort. It isn't relaxing with everyone so tense and worried about getting in trouble. Also, the spots are very small.

Easy access off freeway, wide streets in park. Putting green, bocce ball, two shuffleboard, nice pool, hot tub, game room with activity-Not very pretty, small spots. Freeway noise,No pull through’s. Nice clean but old -a lot of permanent dwellings -Very helpful staff. I would spend one night here but not several months, Although the residents were very friendly. Paid $45 for our big rig -1 night- I’d give it more stars if it was nicer, more plants, prettier, grander, and bigger spots and drive throughs are nice!

This rv park is in great place to stay. You are centrally located to go any where in Phoenix area. Easy on and off I 17. It is a senior park so one of the party must be at least 55 or older. Most spots are taken by long term renters. Don’t let that stop you. Well kept and level spots. We will go again.

Geez, during the one month I was there, two guys died in lots adjacent to me passed away! Excessive requirements to check in-you have to list them on your mandatory insurance. Not pet friendly. I was going to stay longer, but left as soon as I could. Creepy place and people.

The maintenance staff at this location is amazing, however, the office staff leaves alot to be desired. They screwed up my confirmation dates and didn't fix them when they told me they would. There are just too many incidents so I will just pick one as an example. When I arrived on November 11 for 1 month stay I quickly decided that I did like the proximity of the park to amenities in the area so I requested that the office extend my stay for 3 months which would have confirmed me to leave on March 11. They somehow extended it to February 28. Repeatedly they were reminded to correct this and it was never done. Another park resident complained to them on my behalf and they extended my stay from March 1-4. I went up to the office and told them that I had already confirmed another park for March 1 so I couldn't accept the extension. They came to my door on January 11 and told me that I had to go as I had told them I didn't need an extension. I explained that I didn't need the March 1-4 extension but I was still confirmed until February 28. I told her that I wasn't leaving. Where on earth would I find a park with a spot in January? Everything is full. She told me it was my fault. I just closed my door on her and never heard about it again. This is just one screw up. My 3 months were full of them. They overcharged me $107 for my power and just halved it to make me happy. I refused to pay the larger amount when I have LED lights throughout my rig and I showered in the public stalls. I didn't run my air conditioner as I was not home often enough. There are complaints regarding the office staff throughout the park. Not one of the 3 office staff has a right hand that knows what the left one is doing. I would never stay there again! They treat people horribly when they are caught making mistakes. It is never their fault so of course they treat the resident as an idiot.

We booked a slot for a month to get some work done in the area. I want to be clear that we did enjoy our stay, and the folks that work there were super-nice and the park, grounds and common areas were very clean. Please know the WiFi is completely unusable, unless you go to the Banquet Room/Office area in order to get a connection, and there is no cable TV unless you make special arrangements with a local provider. In addition, they have a strange policy in that if you rent for more that two weeks, they run a credit report on you. Although I paid for the space in-full three months in advance, they insisted on charging a $20 fee (per person!) to run a credit check on us after we checked-in. This surprise charge drove a hard inquiry on my credit report that dropped me a few points with Experian and Trans Union, and for what reason I can't imagine. We got the "you're OK to stay" about a week later(?). Would have been nice to know about this requirement ahead of time, so I could make it part of my rental decision/cost factoring before committing.

We pulled in to the park about 3:00 PM. The office was closed. Its "off season" and they close at 12 Noon. They have a simple method to check in when they are closed. But, you don't get a restroom/shower key. They use a key not keypad, and you pay a $20.00 deposit. The park has a lot of permanent residents. The park was clean and quiet. The restroom/showers were very clean. The park was great for us as we were visiting friends. The pool was being replastered during our visit. They have no TV. The Tengo internet was worthless; I could not log on despite strong signal. Most parks have this Tengo company, and its typically slow (less than 0.5 Megs) and your connection gets dropped.
