I wouldn't recommend this resort if you have a pet. You can't walk your pet. It has to be carried to the dog run and carried back. We stayed for 4 months. The atmosphere of all the people was tense. Everyone walks on egg shells worried about getting written up by the office for just about anything. Karen in the office was amazing to work with. It's too bad we had to deal with Joan way too much. Each month I went to pay my rent, she would tell me I hadn't paid the month before. My billing was always messed up. She is an extremely rude person and shouldn't be the face of the park. I had a package delivered on a Friday and finally asked about it on the following Wed only to be told by Joan that she was too busy to get it. It was US MAIL! She even went to another resident and screamed at her. Then there is Jody who carts around and writes people up that she doesn't like. Until these two are gone, I wouldn't recommend this resort. It isn't relaxing with everyone so tense and worried about getting in trouble. Also, the spots are very small.

Easy access off freeway, wide streets in park. Putting green, bocce ball, two shuffleboard, nice pool, hot tub, game room with activity-Not very pretty, small spots. Freeway noise,No pull through’s. Nice clean but old -a lot of permanent dwellings -Very helpful staff. I would spend one night here but not several months, Although the residents were very friendly. Paid $45 for our big rig -1 night- I’d give it more stars if it was nicer, more plants, prettier, grander, and bigger spots and drive throughs are nice!

This rv park is in great place to stay. You are centrally located to go any where in Phoenix area. Easy on and off I 17. It is a senior park so one of the party must be at least 55 or older. Most spots are taken by long term renters. Don’t let that stop you. Well kept and level spots. We will go again.

People seemed to be walking on egg shells through out this park ! Very tense place ! Do yourself a favor ! Go to some happy place ! With happy employees ! This is not a happy place !!!! Bad vibes !
