I had a problem booking through Hotels.com and neither the Hotel or Hotels.com were helpful. I will not be using either of the services again. The hotel room was very small and the breakfast was not so good. The price for this hotel even through hotels.com was high.

Clean room and bathroom, clean and comfortable bed. We stayed on the 2nd floor towards the middle and was satisfied with the room we were given. The breakfast was also good here. No complaints whatsoever.

From the outside the hotel looks a little old, but once inside the rooms you'll be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and modern and were probably remodeled within the past few years. I would definitely stay here again. The location in north Phoenix was ideal for driving to Sedona the next morning.

Hotel was clean and in good shape. Pretty basic. Friendly service. Okay breakfast. Didn't have a chance to use the pool. We'd stay here again. AC unit was a little loud. Shower was bigger than it first looked. Bed was comfortable. Room had mini fridge and microwave.

Very nice exterior and curb appeal. Room was small but adequate, clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not great but there are options close by. Not a great neighborhood, but the property felt very secure. Location made it easy to get anywhere in town.

I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks for business. It was during baseball spring training so a busy time. For the most part pretty quiet, but it is close to the highway so there is some highway noise. Housekeeping washed my linens everyday although I had hung them to signify I would use them again. Other than that house keeping...

WE stayed at the Sleep In as friends were staying in a nearby RV park. Accommodations were satisfactory, breakfast---well it was included. Parking was not good as there were limited spaces and many parked trucks, trailers and even a U-Haul truck taking up several spaces. This isn't necessarily the holes fault, but made it difficult for those returning after 10:00...

The room had comfortable beds, and a nice flat screen tv. I didn't care for the small pillows though. The maid did not put fresh sheets on the bed the second day, just made up the bed. There was a lot of freeway noise also. The location was easy to find. Parking area was quite small. The breakfast was not...

The hotel is located in a questionable neighborhood but the hotel was secure and we felt safe. We were there during the Phoenix open and the room cost was inflated and in my opinion not a good value. The breakfast was minimal and left a lot to be desired.
