I was upgraded to a suite which Sabrina arranged for me based on my status and the caring Sabrina! It was almost like a double upgrade and the balcony was huge and open! It was the biggest balcony I've been on! Thank you Sabrina for making my 4 day stay a great experience.

Since the crisis has started, I've had the need to undertake significant travel. This includes a frequent loop between LA, LV, and Phoenix. During the course of mutliple stays, during the past weeks, the Sheraton Phoenix as been a place for business, respite, and the guarantee of one or more moments of laughter. We rent two rooms every time we come, and we've never been dissapointed by any aspect of our stays. Even with almost all amentities shut, the courtyard and fire pits allow for you to get away from it all. The views are simply amazing as well. Most important is the staff. Sabrina, Traci, Michael and Peter along with their colleagues have all been true frontline heroes. As someone in healthcare, I hear and live covid every day. The group that is manning the Sheraton is every bit the definition of essential and they do their jobs with incredible poise and focus even with every traveler being a potential hazard. I'm glad we found them and look forward to visiting on each trip. Sarah and Carolyn

This is a very nice well-maintained hotel with some age on it, but you wouldn't know because it's very well managed and maintained. Great food and beverage facility, great atmosphere! I enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommend!
