Loved staying here, while the hotel is older the building is still in grat shape. The lobby is beautiful and so is the pool area, there is a Starbucks inside the hotel, so that is a plus for us. We had a king suite, very nice for the price, big and roomy with a balcony, clean comfortable bed and nice... More

My mother and I stayed here recently after she was recovering from surgery. The staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and professional. The club level lounge has a great happy hour offering of snacks and food. It is also a great lounge to work in during the daytime. The restaurant has wonderful food - they must have a great... More

I traveled to Phoenix for, unfortunately, a family funeral and stayed at the Sheraton Cresent for the first time. I was probably not the clearest thinking or kindest guest the hotel had that day, but the way the staff treated me you would have thought I owned the property and was a regular customer. In particular the desk registrar, Cynthia... More

Over the years, I have stayed at this property when in the Phoenix area... especially during peak season when nicer resorts are charging exorbitant rates. The hotel is perfect for a business traveler on a budget. Pretty standard hotel chain appointments and restaurants. But conveniently located next to the interstate. Only complaint - the valet parking is not always 'on... More

Rooms were spacious, the included breakfast was substantial, and my stay was peaceful despite being practically on the highway. I wouldn't say the rooms were huge, but I didn't bump into anything or have to squeeze into any tight places. Breakfast was complimentary and had quite a nice spread of healthy options and the more traditional fare. Being so close... More

This hotel meets the mark of the qualities you anticipate from the Sheraton brand. The hotel was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious including a comfortable love seat. Fast Wi-Fi and front desk staff was pleasant. The hotel could use updated decor and the valet parking person did not show up after 10 minutes.

Stayed here for a week recently. First impressions were not good, no help or even a trolley available for the luggage, no room service menu in the room, and the telephone on the desk would not call either Room Service or Guest Services. The latter two matters were fixed reasonably quickly. Being Platinum with Starwood I had been upgraded to... More

It was 110 in Phoenix going into the July 4th week-end. The LAST thing I wanted was a hotel with a/c that would break down and/OR a nasty green swimming pool. The Sheraton Crescent did NOT disappoint. One thing you hope with this brand name is consistency. AHHHH, the air con was PERFECT! The room was spotless and everything in... More

It's a crumbling dinosaur of what used to be a very nice hotel. I didn't mind the old room so much. I didn't mind the broken ice machine so much either, but over my 5 day stay, I tired of traveling to other floors to hopefully get ice... or not. I did mind the very low standard represented from the... More

I've been eating here once a year for 18 years. It's always been on the slow side. But this time it took over an hour to get food when we were the only party in the dining room. We were told there were two room service orders, but this hardly explains it. Although it is summer, the presence of the... More
