Nice enough overall but if you want ice forget it. Only 1 ice machine per floor and NONE of them work. The front desk person told me to go to the bar for ice, really??? At least they could bring the ice to your room considering the inconvenience of not having a working ice machine.

Was an overall good experience, Club level is worth the upgrade. Easy access to what we needed and our plans for our trip- good service for reasonable prices. Views from balcony were beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Couple of nearby buildings were a bit run down though, easy to ignore if you only stick to the closed off hotel areas...

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the hotel, but it was overall a disappointment for this brand. The rooms and property were horribly aged and in need of a remodel! The pool was disgusting and looked green. We limited our time there and I didn't get in it at all. We will not return.

I stayed at this hotel from Nov 9-14th and had a great stay. The staff were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They were fully booked but the service was still great. The restaurant food is delicious. The lounge is great to have drinks in and also to have dinner. The pool area is nice and the grounds are...

Rooms were a bit aged. Paint was peeling and uneven on bottoms of bathroom doors. They've kept up the place pretty well, but the A/Cs in our two rooms were different with one being digital and the other being just a knob with colder or hotter. Food was good. Staff was wonderful. Clearly a great team. Housekeepers were nice too.

Convenient location and walking distance to work conference. A nice room, clean and good staff. Liked the bar. Cold at the time so did not use pool/waterslide. Not much around here though to eat, restaurants, etc. at least to walk to if stuck with no car.

We recently held our 56th annual Episcopal Diocese of Arizona convention at the Sheraton Crescent and it was a resounding success yet again! The teamwork and professionalism of the Sheraton staff (specifically Angela Willette, Josh Branch, Thomas Parker and Valentino Chaira) and PSAV technical crew (Matt Ammon, Gregg Sandoval & Zach Hlemstead) is a well-choreographed symphony to experience! The Sheraton...

The area is really nice and clean. Lots to do around the area. Pools clean and grounds well kept. Rooms comfortable and the shower water was hot and soothing. Dining area and bar real and cozy. Staff could be a little more friendly. Our bathroom sink had a slow drain and that was fixed right away. We needed a cork...

Accommodations were very good, conference food was average. Problem was billing. We were charged for the after the conference sponsor had already paid. Error was corrected 10 days later. Another attendee had the same problem, plus was charged for an additional 3 nights. Good hotel, but very careful with your credit card.

We stayed here one year prior and decided to book again. I needed 2 beds but had booked a queen. Cynthia and Orlando were able to give me a king room with a pull out which worked fine. Rooms are clean and housekeeping accommodating when I needed linens for the pull out bed. Pool area was nice and slide for...
