Our team was assigned to this hotel and some of the negative tripadvisor reviews had me worried. But almost every warning was wrong. Not only was the hotel beautiful, but we will go back again when we visit GCU. I took a flashlight to check the mattresses. They were scrubbed clean and no signs of bugs. The Wi-Fi was free:... My son and I stayed at the Sheraton for 3 nights. We arrived on Thursday and checked out Sunday as we were attending a PG baseball tourney in Good Year. We checked in around 6 PM it was at this point that we were met with an indifferent staff that could only tell us what they " could not do... More

The hotel and restaurant staff were great! I felt this property was somewhat outdated. The rooms were large, but a bit shabby and smelled rather musty. I think a major overhaul would help. I would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel itself is very nice... typical Sheraton rooms, most with a balcony and all the usual amenities. Large grounds and multiple pools and places to hang out. Only issue is the neighbourhood... not dangerous per se, but I didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark. Usually I like to get out and about and don't mind walking a km or... More

Booked through a 3rd party for a great rate. Orlando (I believe was his name) was great at checking me in and quick gave great directions to get to my room. The room was clean with a great view of the pool. Bed was nice but hard and the water took extremely long on draining. Overall it was a great... More

I scheduled a last-minute, one-night stay for my wife and teenagers at the Sheraton Crescent because they offered a super low AAA rate, with free breakfast. I was a bit apprehensive because it sounded too good to be true. For the most part, everything was much better than I expected! I am very glad we did it. PROS: Our room... More

PSA. This hotel has a serious history with bed bugs that has been documented. There have been multiple and unique reviews to confirm this situation. Management will do as little as they can to assist you. If you need proof, feel free to ask. Even if you have stayed there for months at a time on corporate travel. If they... More

Loved staying here, while the hotel is older the building is still in grat shape. The lobby is beautiful and so is the pool area, there is a Starbucks inside the hotel, so that is a plus for us. We had a king suite, very nice for the price, big and roomy with a balcony, clean comfortable bed and nice... More

My mother and I stayed here recently after she was recovering from surgery. The staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and professional. I traveled to Phoenix for, unfortunately, a family funeral and stayed at the Sheraton Cresent for the first time. I was probably not the clearest thinking or kindest guest the hotel had that day, but the way the staff treated me you would have thought I owned the property and was a regular customer. In particular the desk registrar, Cynthia... More
