We stayed overnight at the Royal Palms, and it is certainly our favorite in Phoenix, with the old world touch and excellent service. The bar is very nice, we enjoyed great music, and then a wonderful dinner at T Cooks. Looking forward to another visit to this beautiful place!

Perfect quick trip! T Cooks was great, especially Paul our Server. Spa was good, close to Chola trail for hiking. Pool is great for drinks and lunch food, especially Cameron who was extremely attentive to our needs.

We spent two nights, Wednesday & Thursday. We ate at T.Cooks which was excellent. The hotel is showing it's age and needs to be remodeled and some attention to clean detail.....the grounds need to be power washed.....not sure this has happened in a long while. The room accommodations were nice but not luxurious. Housekeeping was poorly managed. One night we... More

I have always wanted to take a trip by myself just for some quality down time and based upon the reviews and pics, decided on this place. I have to say that I am so glad I chose this place. Full disclosure, although there is a spa I did not partake; I was already so relaxed that I felt it... More

We stayed here for our second wedding anniversary and it was amazing. We were a little weary when we checked in the first day because the pool is really small and was packed but we managed to find seats. The property is stunning and small and the next day we got down to the pool early and claimed our spots,... More

Stayed here three nights during a training class. Rooms are very quaint. Lots of privacy. Everyone from the valet drivers to the grounds keepers were so polite and helpful. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The truth is I don't want to write this review so I will keep this gem for myself. But I have to write because they deserve it. well if you want a quiet place with not too many noisy kids this is the place for you. Amazing historical buildings, rooms not big and the beds are placed at a ridiculous... More

We stayed for 1 nights on our arrival to Phoenix for a SW tour, the property is very well arranged, presented and manicured. Rooms are nice and comfortable with a good cozy feeling to them. The restaurant is very good both for dinner and for breakfast. Overall a great experience and staff very courteous. Could have wooden flooring in bedrooms,... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a family vacation. We had two rooms and whilst our request for interconnecting rooms was not fulfilled they were one room away from each other. The hotel staff are all very helpful - especially the bell men/valets. Offering a good explanation of the hotel lay out and services and also local... More

We live about 4 miles up the road here in Scottsdale and have never been to the Royal Palms. When my husband suggested a staycation here in town I wasn't that enthused - boy was I wrong. We booked a Spa Terrace Suite with the intention to spend a good amount of time relaxing in the room, going to the... More
