The hotel is located in a nice quiet area. The pool area was clean and shade was available--although the area might be a bit small if the hotel is full. While we were there it was not so the space was great

Love this hotel, beautiful, cozy, interesting and fun. I highly recommend for family or a couples retreat. The history of the mansion and villas is unique. Set in front of camel back mountain gave us not only beautiful vista but hiking and biking options.

We loved this property. Beautiful grounds within a labyrinth-like layout full of charming and picturesque spaces and details to discover! It felt like a blend of Santa Fe and Beverly Hills in terms of it's old school, classic, high-end southwest architecture and design. Fabulous restaurants create spaces where you'd want to linger for hours. It just drips character and charm, with great service to match. Phoenix is a city we would never want to spend time in-- (except flying in and out)-- but staying at this lovely hotel made us very happy that such an oasis of tranquil beauty exists as a retreat from the dreary urban sprawl.

This resort is everything it claims to be and more. Although it’s in a residential area, you feel like you are in your own section of paradise. The staff was very friendly and the views and accommodations were just perfect. So many places to sit and relax all over this property. So worth it

A big thank you to Evgenia Williamson, Director of Operations for making our vacation so perfect. The resort was perfect. The rooms, facilities and food were great. The spa was great and probably two of the best massages I have ever had. The atmosphere was beautiful. I travel a lot and the personalalzed service made everything special. We will definitely return!
