It was a pleasure staying. The room was super clean and I enjoyed the hot tub even tho it was raining. The food was ok. I think more sandwiches would have been more convenient. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had a brief stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. The whole place was very nicely kept. Clean and beautiful. Two desk clerks took several minutes of their time to try to help us decide on a restaurant for supper. They recommended a couple and gave us direction

My flight arrives in Phoenix at 10pm. Do I need to call the hotel to arrange pick-up or is there a regularly scheduled shuttle? Is there signage at the airport denoting the pick-up location?
Hi, cjl948! Thanks for your interest in Drury Hotels in Phoenix, and thanks for reaching out to us on TripAdvisor about airport transportation. We offer a 24-hour complimentary shuttle to Sky Harbor International Airport. The shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour. An ADA accessible taxi is available upon request. There is a phone board located in the baggage claim area that you can use to call the hotel after you have retrieved your luggage. The hotel has two shuttles available - one is a burgundy/tan minivan with the Drury Hotels logo on it, and the other is a larger white van. See below for pick-up and drop-off locations for each terminal: -Terminal 2: Exit Door #5 and go to the "Courtesy Vehicle Pickup" sign at the Outer Curb. Terminal 2 serves: Alaska Airlines, Great Lakes, United, Sprint & Sun Country -Terminal 3: Exit Door #9 North Side and go to the "Courtesy Vehicle Pickup" sign at the Outer Curb. Terminal 3 serves: Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, JetBlue. -Terminal 4: Exit Door #7 North Side and go to the "Courtesy Vehicle Pickup" sign at the Outer Curb. Terminal 4 serves: Aero Mexico, Air Canada, AirTran, American, British Airways, Mesa Airlines, Southwest and WestJet. If you have any questions, our team can be reached at 602-437-8400. We recommend speaking with them prior to your stay!

Hi! I love this hotel I've stayed here before...I'm wondering if the pet policy extends to cats? Hopefully so, as I'm flying out of Phoenix soon...
Hi, Michele A! Thanks so much for your interest in Drury Hotels! More information can be found on our website, but here is some information about our pet policy, taken from our site. We hope this helps, and we hope to see you soon! Please note, this policy is subject to change. Pets are accepted at all Drury Hotels, if state and local laws permit. State guidelines for service animals apply, but service animals are free of charge at all Drury Hotels and are welcome in any area frequented by their owners. Rooms with pets (which may only include dogs and cats) will be charged a daily cleaning fee of $15 per room plus tax at all Drury and Pear Tree Inn by Drury hotels. Drury Hotels allows up to two pets per room. Pets are not allowed in any of the public areas of the hotel: dining area, lobby, pool and spa, fitness center, meeting rooms, etc. Pets should be leashed or in a pet carrier when traveling to and from guest room, and they cannot be left alone in guest rooms for more than 30 minutes. This is strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, when they cannot be left alone at all. Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are left unattended in guest room, and guests will be responsible for any damages or noise complaints pets may cause. At check-in, guests traveling with pets will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter.” Pet waste bags are provided to clean up after pets outside. Thanks!
