The location is great but the room needs updated- mainly the bathroom and appliances. The view is amazing at the top floor restaurant but drinks are too expensive ($18/drink/martini). The fitness room was great.

I stayed here because it was recommended to me by the PLC conference. I was very happy with where I'm staying. My room was very nice and I had a beautiful view of Phoenix. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family you were ever in Phoenix

I can't say enough about Will Jenkins !! He provided excellent service !! He helped me decide on parking options and gave great directions !!! Love the Hyatt Experience ! The location is nestled in the downtown Phoenix area! The rooms are a little simple and small but worth the stay !

We chose the one bedroom suite! Rooms are very clean and we enjoyed our stay! The pullout bed was a bit uncomfortable, however, how many pullouts are comfortable? Located close to the airport, hospitals, shopping, ASU, and Grand Canyon University. We stayed when we went to see Monster Jam! We were only about 15 minutes from Glendale stadium. Very nice...

I stayed here for one night. I was able to get one of the new remodeled rooms and the room was great. Nicely furnished, fast internet, great water pressure and AC. Room was also quiet. The gym has a lot of equipment - a spin bike or two rather than the life cycles would be appreciated. Many machines and dumbbells....

The HR is in a good location, int eresting restaurants, very friendly staff. There may be newer places in the vicinity. Rooms are spartan with no armchairs, a common lack these days. Major problem is very spotty in-room TV with signals periodically vanishing. For business travelers, a reasonable choice.

For Valentine's Day I had planned a lovely night with my fiancé and I, we got in the room late after dinner when he found a nasty used tissue and a open eye contact container underneath his bed ! We check out the next day because it was it was too late to switch rooms and they were all booked.

For business, I travel about twice a month. So I've been in my share of hotels. I chose the Hyatt Regency Phoenix because I was attending a conference at the Convention center. This location is ideal. Walking distance to all conveniences. Easy taxi ride from the airport ($17 flat fee) or uber. It's invaluable to me to be walking distance...
