The Hyatt staff, hotel, and location make this a destination to visit. From check in to check out, everyone does their best to make your stay exceptional. Well appointed rooms, great conference facilities, nice bar, restaurant, and bistro on site. Location is great for visiting bars, dining, and entertainment. You won't be dissapointed.

Although the perimeter of the hotel is under construction and it took a little bit of walking to find the 8.5x11 piece of paper pointing to the front door, once I found it this was an excellent experience. Well-appointed full service hotel with beautiful views of the Phoenix valley. We were there for a game at Chase Field which was an easy short walk away. Room service is available in addition to an in house market for snacks and beverages. Staff is exceptional and I was offered a room with an upgraded view on a higher floor for an extra $10/nt which was so worth it to fall asleep at night looking out the huge picture window at the beautiful valley lights. Even if you are the type of traveler that thinks your hotel room doesn't matter that much since you won't be spending much time in it, the time you do spend in it can truly level up your trip experience.

The housekeeper failed to shut off the alarm clock from the prior guest so I was rudely awakened 2 hours earlier than I wanted to be after a late night out at a concert. I told the person at check out about this, and they did nothing for me. Several parts of the room were very dusty; so dusty that I was able to write "CLEAN ME" in the dust. I have allergies so I try to avoid dust. The water bottle filling station in the lobby was not functional which left me with the option of $9 bottled water from the gift shop (Phoenix tap water is horrible tasting). The bed was not very comfortable, it seemed like the mattress was too broken down and it had no support (I'm not even a big person). Not impressed at all with what $440 bought me for one night.
