I stayed at this Hotel for a couple of days for business purposes. Loved how quiet my room was despite the fact of an otherwise busy lobby. Taxi's are readily available directly outside the Hotel Lobby - fantastic! Congierce service is always at hand to answer questions - perfect! Gift Shop off the Lobby with everything you might have forgotten,... More

This is a good downtown hotel, the wifi was a little flaky in the lobby area. There are a few good local bars if Einsteins isn't your thing, also several local restaurants. The rotating restaurant/bar is good for a drink but a bit expensive. The pool is a tad small and doesn't get the sun much at this time of... More

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. The amenities were outstanding and the location in downtown was so close to just about every possible venue. The rooms were nicely furnished the hotel itself is very tranquil.

Needed a hotel to spend the night after a late theatre event and this is the one. Excellent rooms, food, and service. Parking nearby either valet or self-park for reasonable price. Pre-theatre dinner a hotel's Compass Restaurant was excellent too.

I was staying at the Hyatt Regency because I was in Phoenix on business. I needed to have a package delivered to the hotel and they said there was a fee to do that? Huh? A fee for having a package delivered to the hotel, why would they choose to nickel and dime their customers. Anyway I did have the... More

The staff managers provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to help me when they were overbooked but they found a way to keep me at the hotel and was so kind in doing so. I was also given a pass to have a complimentary drink when they realized that I was so upset about my travel... More

Room was nice, would stay again. Our toilet chain broke, thought that was kinda funny. Our room joined a suite, the people in that room kept shaking the door handle, didn't like that so much. But we ignored them. When we originally checked in, our room was smaller then I wanted, we called the front desk and we were switched... More
