This hotel is like its own world , you may cant tell from the outside but on the inside its like a undiscovered city. I love it here, very clean, respectable employees, maid service is very clean and on there jobs, refilling youre stuff and cleaning with no stealing!! They have a park and a pool . it's just great and very suggestive to come here. I have no regrets!
We had a morning flight and a long drive, so we decided to stay at the hotel for the night and leave the car in the parking until our return. We found a great discount on booking.com then booked the parking at the hotel separately, on onestopparking.com as it was 6 days of parking vs one night only at the hotel. The rooms was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shuttle service was good enough. We did not get to have any breakfast (just the coffee) because we were in a hurry to catch our flight in the morning.
IT was okay the carpets felt and looked worn .The customer service or your on line registration never asked for a $50.00 deposit until we are at the check out desk .So we did not have another credit card on hand and would not except cash so we where in lobby for an hour till my daughter emailed all the info again to get the 50 deposit you ask for but not until check in are you notified of this.I also believe you could use another jacuzzi was packed for the two days and so was pool .And summer is not even here .
Overall it was a good place to stay. The lobby is spacious, open with places to sit and relax. There is a bar with posted sign of Happy Hour 4-7 daily, but not always prompt on those times. They provided free airport transportation which was very convenient. The staff at the front desk weren't unfriendly, but most were not super welcoming either. There was a firepit we enjoyed every evening which was very nice. Our main complaint is that the water lines needed some sort of over night repair 2 consecutive nights we were there, so there was no hot water from 11p-7am. The 2nd morning the water was supposed to be back on at 0700 ended up being more like 0815, which did delay us getting up and going that morning. Not the end of the world, but quite an inconvenience considering the price we paid per night. It is in a fairly convenient location with a CVS and a grocery store directly across the street. Would consider staying here again, but would likely look at other places 1st.…
This hotel has great potential. Nice setting, decent restaurant, nice pool area and large rooms. But our room was not the cleanest, including the pictured carcass that greeted us when we arrived (along with an interesting odor--it may not have been a non-smoking room). We showed a picture of the gross thing so that it could be removed. Our room was cleaned and another gentleman entered the room while it was being cleaned, so we figured all was well. Went back into the room and it was still there. Guess vacuuming isn't part of the cleaning. So we kicked it under a shelf and left it for the next person to find. Gross.
