Stayed here for two nights with a friend. The room was ok and clean. We had to park outside and walk a bit to the inner square since the inner area is a pool. That certainly keeps car noise away. But car noise is no problem when planes fly just over your head. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. The... More

Worst motel experience ever ... First of all, we reserved a non-smoking two queen bedroom and they send us to a single queen bedroom to the furthest corner of the motel. Once we call them they said no one can come to replace the card. Either take a long walk with all the luggages or quit. It was middle of... More

After spending $75 for a night, I expected to have somewhat of a decent room. I was shocked to find a DRUG PIPE on the bed, hair on the toilet, trash on the table, loud groups of people hanging out, prostitutes everywhere, and the restaurant employee was more interested in hanging out outside as opposed to tending to the patrons.... This is an older motel that has been remodeled recently. The rooms are clean and neat with some upscale features such as tile in bathrooms, credenza for TV and mini fridge. It's 8 blocks from downtown Phoenix and the convention center. It's right on the main drag so you hear policy and ambulance sirens frequently during the day and night.... More

We stayed there because it was close to the airport as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. Some scuzzy people were hanging around the lobby & outside so we stayed in our room, except for popping over to McD's for a quick dinner, as it was close by. We thought of going into the lounge for... More

While checking in, we witnessed security guards evicting people out of the bathroom, and a guy walking in to ask the front desk for a wire hanger to break into "his" car. There were cops in the courtyard keeping watch over some sketchy-looking people who were probably trespassing. We had to sign a special form that the motel was not... More

Needed a place to sleep for a few hours after getting into town... The bus doesn't leave till 11am so we ended up here.. Quiet and friendly staff... Don't let the look of the place deceive you... You won't regret starting here... Definitely will stay again our next trip.

Needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. Booked online not knowing how bad this place would be. Stinky, dirty room; slept (not really) on top of bedding. Armed security guards was the first clue & plexiglass check-in. Pretty sure they have hourly rates. Would never, ever go here again.

It's old, our room had furniture with torn upholstery, lots of riff raff running around. But it was cheap and the service was friendly and the bed super comfy . McDonald's close by as well as Taco Bell . Did I mention it was cheap? And no stores nearby. Would I stay here again ? Probably not. Saw the police... More

“We stayed on the lower level with a room facing inside towards the pool. There was a lot of people walking by though at all times of the day so our curtains were totally shut 98% of the time. (didn't want anyone spying on us) Plus we could hear people talking, singing, whistling a lot as they walked by. I maybe recommend a room on the upper level? I'm assuming there'd be less people walking around.”
