Rooms look and feel like not to be cleaned. Not a place to stay at. I do not recommend it. The location was great for the event we were going to but not the best. When I first walked in to check in one of the staff member was laying on the sofa at the entrance. Sofa that are used for those waiting to be checked in. That was my first experience. Wow!

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The first room I was given had visible dirt, dust, grime, and hair on the floor behind the entry door. There was dirt grime, clumps of hair and filth behind the bathroom door, as well as a hole in the bathroom floor that looked like a bullet hole. They had not replaced the soap and shampoo. There was clumps of dried hair in the bathtub, which had not been cleaned. There were stains on the rug, and the room smelled horrible. I went down to the main desk and expressed my concerns. The man at the desk was very arrogant, and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking for another room. He assigned me another room, without even apologizing for the appalling condition of the first room. The second room was just as bad. The smell was terrible, the floors were again unvacuumed or mopped, and when I went into the bathroom, two cockroaches scurried away when I turned on the light. There was a ton of mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom, there were stains on the furniture and carpet, and I found another bug in the sheets of one of the beds. Unfortunately I booked with a third party online, and couldn't get my money back. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had, and I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 motel again. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20 - $30 bucks, and get yourself a decent hotel. I cannot begin to describe how disgusting this place was. DON'T STAY HERE!

Old, dirty and in disrepair. My wife is having cancer surgery and treatment nearby. We checked in and went to the room and noticed the drapes were torn and the room was badly stained. The staff didn't offer anything to try to keep us to stay. We left and went to the Marriott down the street. Do not waste time booking here, any place is better. $133 per night. Marriott was only $109, I couldn't get a refund.

I stayed in room 207 and slept in the side room away from the TV on a Friday and Saturday night. The following Friday morning I woke up with my arms and neck covered with bites. That same afternoon I went to my doctor and they said I was exposed to bed bugs. Per CDC, "bed bug bites can take 24 hours up to a couple of days to show on the skin, depending on previous exposure." Since being never exposed to this menace before I was the latter. I called Super 8 that same day to warn them and been promised to be called that same afternoon to the progress, no call. Next day I called and was told by the same manager that they didn't find anything and had one of their employees sleep in that same room that night thus exposing another victim. She even said, "I've had people come to me the next day showing me their bug bites," now telling me they've had this problem before. I will never stay here again and I would urge everyone else not to. Front desk was awesome but management is quick to make you the liar.
