Great resort!!! The views and the pool are for the falls was a nice feature. I recommend trying to get a room overlooking the fall pools to have a view of northern Phoenix at night! A must is too go to the pool and experience being treated well with service.

We had a great experience start to finish. Front desk manager was super helpful and got us checked in and in our rooms quickly and did his best to accomodate special requests. Pools were lovely and service was great. The falls water park area was really nice. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy. Kids loved the slide and waterfalls, volley ball etc. Food and drinks at the Falls cantina was really reasonably priced and nice selection. Bartenders were great. Special shout out to Luke who was our server extrodinaire all weekend. He put up with our giving him a hard time, took pictures, made sure our food and drinks were plenty and just an all around great sport. Good service should be celebrated and when you have great service its even better. We had great service. He was a gem. Our bartenders were lovely and the whole time was just what we needed. Definitely will be back again. Good resort for older kids, although there are shallow areas just for kids. Squaw Peak may offer a little more for kids, but Tapatio felt better maintained and cleaner. Nicer team members, accomodations and prices. Kudos to the taco truck too! If you have the opportunity to visit it while there. Don't pass! Thank you for a really nice time!

The property is very dated not very well up kept, the pools were average at best and the bed was very uncomfortable along with the temperature of the room was not to our liking. Found better value elsewhere.

As a Phoenix native, I had heard that The Point Tapatillo was one of the finest experiences in the Valley. Maybe so 20-30 years ago? My wife and I booked a 2 night staycation for our 10 year anniversary and found the entire hotel to be filthy. Surprising especially given all of the covid protocols. Moldy bathtubs which could be easily fixed by scraping out and reapplying caulk. Doors that don’t fit their frames. Light and noise pouring through cracks. Even the technology in the room as basic as the room phone was something from the 1990s. Dirty yellow plastic corded phones. I haven’t seen phones like that in at least a decade. Everything seemed very outdated and I found myself wondering why I paid all that money $300 a night to stay in a place that was at such a low standard. Outside of our room, it looked like they hadn’t swept up in weeks. Also the paint and stucco on the buildings were faded and crumbling. What is expected for such a poorly managed place was the demographic that was included: parties and loud music on balcony’s as if we were at Mardi Gras. We had to change rooms at 10:30pm because of a rave happening above us. Security did nothing about it. I would suggest Hilton invest into refurbishing this once desirable location. Until then, will not be returning.

Room Tip: Not a place if you’re looking to relax. May be a solid bachelor/bachelorette spot.

Richard went above and beyond to provide a superb shuttle experience from the moment I requested a ride. Intelligent, forward thinking, engaging, and never missed a beat. I know talent when I see it. This resort needs to know how fortunate they are to have him as he really would be an asset to ANY company. Somebody needs to give him an opportunity to move into a role where he could earn what he is worth, a sales position with triple digit potential. If he lived in my state I would have already recruited him.
