great memories of our week long trip to phoenix and surrounding areas...the weather was perfect and we took side trip to grand canyon and sedona tour bus ride...thank you tapatio cliffs...we are now in our 70s and enjoy reliving our old times and old trips around the country
Went with my best friend for a week getaway in July. We had a perfect stay at Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. We loved all the amenities and pools at the resort. The POV restaurant was delicious and offered stunning views of the city and landscape. All hotel staff was amazing as always.
Not a great experience, I’m afraid. Bad wifi was a consistent issue, as a business traveler here for a conference. Even worse was the in-room dining. I was subjected to a little bit of “quiet quitting” when I ordered my breakfast. Was a stressful experience, but the food was good once it arrived. The place is set on a number of hills that are treacherous to walk so you rely on a shuttle service. The shuttle service is spotty, but most of the shuttle drivers are very good once they reach you. I did spend time in the spa and was treated to a very good massage. The women there were nice generally. It is a fairly minimal spa, however, so don’t expect a locker room or showers.
I stay at a lot of Hilton Properties and have never been more thankful to leave a Hilton property. It is one week later and I am still dealing with my bill that they completely Botched. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
We had the best stay here this past weekend! My friend had her kids birthday party here and Daniell Uher was very accommodating in making sure we were close to their room and the pool! Our kids had an absolute blast!! 10/10 recommend staying here whether it’s a weekend getaway, anniversary or in our case, a birthday party celebration!!
My son was turning six and we wanted to get out of the chilly weather one more time before summer. Danielle Uher, at the front desk, made our stay and my son's birthday PERFECT! We had an AMAZING suite that we had my friends and family come to to have the cake and ice cream. It had a beautiful kitchen area, table with chairs, sitting area, and doors to separate the living room form the bedroom. Danielle even organized it so my friends and their son would have the adjoining room, making the weekend celebration easier for our kids to be together. The pools were perfect. We had a pool right at the bottom of out steps! Making it easy to commute with the kids to the pool. And the large pool was perfect for the adult to enjoy (with the walk u p bar) and for the kids, there was a walk in pool area so my little ones were able to play without the risk of drowning! We ordered room service one night, and the food was phenomenal! Cooking for a total of five adults and seven children can be hard, but the food was prompt and delicious! Nothing was wrong or missed. I will definitely be back and would like to encourage everyone to come here for either a quiet get away or big celebration!…
I booked a king signature suite. The room looked very different from what I expected, very outdated and dark. But the main concern was on the housekeeping - the room was horribly unsanitary. There were dark stains inside the toilets and the bathtub, the sink in the mini bar looked like it was not cleaned, the faucets were dangling, the ceiling light was missing covers and a large piece of Cheetos under the dining table?! The resort lacks of cleaning and maintenance. I did not want my kids to stay in that room, so I addressed my concerns to the front desk, and checked out immediately. This resort does not deserve four stars.
I’m sad to say that this “resort” disappointed my expectations. The room was dirty, old, and not maintained. The air filter had not been changed in FOREVER. The property was damaged in many areas causing it took like no one cared. For the amount of money we paid, I was expecting so much more!
Excellent service, loved it here, loved the pool guy Jorden, such a nice guy, really enjoyed talking to him each day Also Braden Heithoff at front desk, such a nice guy, vary informative and helpful are whole stay, we even text back and forth before I checked in and answered several questions for us.
First impressions at a hotel as very important to me and dealing with Braden at the front desk was absolutely delightful — the place was incredibly busy but he handled my reservation with calm, efficiency and a wonderful personality. My room was wonderful, even the room service food I had was enjoyable. This is a huge property with all kinds of activities possible. My checkout experience was also terrific with Hillary who couldn’t have been sweeter!
