Honestly this is just another business hotel was a lacking restaurant and food needs in the evening. oh it has a restaurant but I really couldn't call it that. Room was clean, Lobby was clean and for the price i couldn't expect more.

Four Points by Sheraton in Phoenix North is perfectly good enough for a night after a day on the road, but probably not for much longer! That bathroom was terrific. However it took us about 20 minutes to check-in, not because of the queues...we were the only people waiting at reception..., but because the receptionist didn't know how to find...

Stayed twice over the past week. Overall it is clean, in a convenient area and an SPG hotel, but nothing special. The breakfast is very good and is worth getting. Rooms and the facility is a bit dated. My room had minor things like the balcony door being difficult to use. Had issues with the door keys on both stays....

We arrived after a 14 hour drive from Sacramento, CA. It was 1:30 am Saturday morning when we checked in. We were exhausted. I noticed while walking in and through the lobby as well as while on the way to our room that the hotel was a bit run down but all we wanted to see at that point were...

This hotel looked great online and with a good rate and free parking I booked it. The best parts of this hotel where the modern, clean and comfortable rooms, the free parking, and the friendly staff. The unfortunate part of the hotel is that it has a central atrium with a pool which many of the rooms back up to....

what a beautiful place.. the indoor pool and hot tub was a very inviting resource that is offered here. the rooms are nice and cozy.. I wish they had a refrigerator or microwave in the room.. or a snack vending machine would have been nice.. but there were restaurants all around so that was great! We will definitely go back!

Just a regular hotel, nothing spectacular and even a bit run down...but if it is winter, this is your place! Indoor pool and jacuzzi is really nice. Pool only open 9 am to 9 pm. and they are strict on the hours. Pool is busy on weekends! Breakfast is not free ($11.95 unless you pay for it with your room)...

We stayed here with a group of over 200 for a soccer tournament. The staff was incredible! I'm sure it wasn't easy having so many kids in a hotel...but the staff was patient, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good food and well stocked. They had big open spaces that accommodated our kids eating...

Large room, nice view overlooking the pool and spa...was advised at check in this is an upgraded room for SPG. Quickly provided requested microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom is large, and has a big vanity to spread out my stuff. Bed was comfy. Lounge was typical hotel lounge .(I.e. A little depressing, lights too bright, but nice happy hour ...) so...

We stayed there in December and really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi! The Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, nice and clean. We didn't get a chance to try the bar and restaurant but they looked good, and open until 11pm which is convenient.
