The clean, modern, renovated rooms are huge, and well planned out so that they are very functional. There is a pod type coffee maker, and refrigerator that is empty so that you can actually use it. Incredible Downtown location with an on site restaurant where the food is delicious. COVID care standards was noticeable throughout the hotel. Customer service was friendly and efficient. A very pleased with my with my stay, and will definitely return The Clarendon on my next visit to Phoenix.

My best friend and I stayed here last December on a staycation. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and I loved that you can adjust the temperature of the room. The thermostat worked great. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the hot water was just perfect. I love that there was a Keurig in the room for coffee or tea in the morning. They also provide complimentary snacks. It was much appreciated after not arriving until after 9pm and many restaurants being closed. Parking is $10 but very close to the front door. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: -The bed was comfortable -The pool area has a very cool ambiance at night, very hip aesthetic -The restaurant had live music -There is a representative at the front desk 24/7 Cons: -Parking is $10 per night, per vehicle, unless you use street parking, which was full when we arrived. This was not disclosed prior to check in. Customer service was rude when we asked about the parking situation. -There was hair on the ceiling of the shower -Small TV -Rooftop was closed We didn't get to try the restaurant or complimentary breakfast, but it's supposed to be very good.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us. We do have optional paid parking and free street parking, but it is based on a first come first serve basis just as you mentioned. We also disclose our parking options on our website, on every third party site we are listed on, and at check in. I can assure you that The Front Desk Agent that checked you in was not bring rude in any way, it was her second day on our team and she is still learning the ropes! I will be sharing the rest of your feedback with our team and we will be taking action accordingly. Thank you again for sharing this with us, we appreciate it greatly!
