I had booked the stay following knee replacement surgery for an accessible room - the room was a dark cave-like room with just the bed and a small glass desk. No chairs to sit on. While the bathroom did have a roll-in shower that was the extent of its accessibility. No safety bars around the toilet and the one in the shower was loose. A sheet was hanging off a loose rod to cover the closet opening. When we complained at the front desk they seemed confused as to what we expected them to do about it. They did take up a lamp to put on the desk, and a broken office-type chair but they didn't address the loose safety bar or the fact that the water control valves in the shower did not work. We checked out a day early as I was just not safe or comfortable for me to be there.

The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I could hear the music from downstairs but after they were done playing for the evening, it was very quiet. The food at Fuegos was excellent.

Although we had a bed to sleep on, I felt like that was the only good thing about this place. My boyfriend and I are from out of town and stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Total of $250 for a king room. No breakfast included, barely any towels, no snacks, small lobby, small pool, and even the shower had no shampoo/conditioner. There was a weird smell too. I honestly felt disappointed because there was so much hype about this place. Wouldn’t stay here again. No disrespect to the staff though. I will say everyone was polite the entire time.

I booked a night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, it was such an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself it’s a hidden gem, the renovations really brought it together to make you feel like you’re stepping back in time with a modern twist. Truly the staff it’s what makes this hotel amazing everyone that helped us was friendly and incredible. Kudos to Angela she she made arrangements to upgrade our room to the Mohave room ( must book the room it’s amazing!) she took care of my boyfriend at the lazy bee spa. She was amazing so was Mimi and few others i didn’t catch their name. I’m definitely coming back as a member of their elevation nation. 100% recommend this hotel!

I absolutely would never recommend this hotel to anybody that stays there I was injured while leaving the hotel room underneath the bed was a key on a key ring I was unable to see that due to the fact it was under the bed I stepped down wearing no shoes I was barefoot and the key went directly straight up into my foot the only thing I could do to prevent blood from going everywhere was to grab one of the towels then I was also deducted $50 of my full deposit due to the fact that there was blood on the towel and three spots on the stark white bedspread supposedly the three little small marks were not blood related but unable to remove the stains not likely I will never recommend this place to anyone if I could give triple zeros I would management was very rude and unwilling to overlook this situation that housekeeping had failed to do their job I have now a hole in my foot the key went all the way up to the round part of the Ring and I had you endure a lot of pain and a tetanus shot due to the fact that housekeeping failed to properly do their job
