We have sbeen in this hotel for over 2 months. The staff have become our second family. We are going to miss them all. The front desk, chefs, wait and housekeeping staff have been very friendly and helpful. The chefs have made excellent meals for us. We want to especially thank the chefs Raul, Ralph and Robert, the wait staff...

The hotel worked well for me because I didn't have a car during my stay. Free Shuttle from the airport. Driver was very friendly. Will stay again, when in Phoenix. Very nice Hotel with a helpful staff.

The check-in process was very smooth & well-organized. Shuttles to the airport run every 1/2 hour, which is convenient. All staff that we encountered were friendly, especially the housekeepers, front desk, and shuttle van driver (too bad I cannot remember his name, but his birthday is January 3rd!) We only stayed one night so we could return the rental car...

Check-in was simple as I did it online. Even selected the hotel room I wanted. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a full service restaurant onsite and a Waffle House just across the parking lot. That seemed to get guests very excited. Newspapers were available for daily reading and the business center was available 24 hours. As...

Front desk staff not very knowledgeable, basic to poor resturant. Not a very good location, just airport hotel in an industrial location. Furniture is a little worn and old, hotel rooms need a little refresh

After visiting family in Arizona, we had an early flight out of PHX and wanted a hotel near the airport with shuttle service and a restaurant, so we chose the Hilton Garden Inn. The rate was very competitive, and the hotel met our expectations. We might be back, but I'll certainly check out other options first: the room was large...

We spent a night here in December 2016. When we folded back the bed the sheets had cum stains on them. I had to contact the front desk 3 times to get clean sheets. It took 1.5 hours for a maintenance man to bring us the sheets, then he acted like we were to change the sheets. We refused and...

Glad to be able to open windows in room. Fresh air is sometimes better than a/c. I was hoping to see pots, utensils, dishes etc already in cabinets. Glad that housekeeping kept us with extra towels. Everyone we came across always said hello. Too bad kitchen was not able to make a cake for my daughter's birthday.

This hotel needs some updating but it worked perfectly for my business trip. I had meetings in downtown Phoenix and in Tempe. It was a good location for both meetings. You can't really walk to any restaurants at night, so you are limited to the hotel restaurant if you don't want to drive. The neighborhood seemed sketchy to me so...

Really great rooms, with a small kitchenette, living room with sofa, chairs and a desk. There was a double door to the bedroom with glass and a curtain which reminded me a French doors.....very nice. The only problem with the room was the windows look out on two large air conditioner units that are about 8 feet from the window...
