I did not encounter any flaws at this hotel. Alicia, the weekend hostess at the front desk, did it all. She made sure that the place was clean, that there were more grab-and-go breakfasts available, stocked up the dairy in the refrigerator, got more coffee out, answered the phones, checked out people, and registered incoming guests. I am sure that she does more. Everything in the hotel room worked. The room (#115) was very comfortable and clean. If you want to take the complimentary hotel shuttle to Sky Harbor Airport, make your arrangements one day in advance. I will return to this hotel. The staff is very nice. And the majority of the guests wore masks. Only one didn't, but she was an older woman that seemed to not care about anyone but herself. But for the most part, the guests adhered to the hotel policy. I will be returning to this hotel.

This hotel is such a disappointment. First off, it’s a Hilton, which typically have a good reputation. Second, it’s a fairly new building, which you would think would help. Third, it operates nothing like any other Home2 Suites or Hilton establishment I’ve stayed at. This place was absolutely filthy. The common areas (where the phones are located) right when you step off of the elevators, were disgusting. You could literally see the dust piled on to each chest that holds each phone right when you step off of the elevator on each floor. Clearly these chests have never been dusted or wiped down and the garbage cans next to them have never been cleaned either. The carpets throughout the building seem to have not been vacuumed in weeks, maybe more. The first room I was given I literally had to ask to be switched because it was sooo dirty. The second room we were given wasn’t much cleaner, but we were exhausted (we have driven across country in 6 days and were exhausted after driving 7-9 hrs each day). I had to basically clean the entire room myself before I could even let my kids come in. Behind the beds was so extremely dirty and dusty, the bathrooms have clearly not been cleaned in quite some time, the shower gel that they have installed in the showers was completely empty. The towels looked dirty and one of the wash cloths I didn’t let anyone use because it was so dirty and looked to have just been rolled back up and put back. The grounds aren’t cleaned up at all and there was trash everywhere around the building and in the parking lot. Their bagged breakfast wasn’t good and they were so extremely strict about it. They would only give us a bagged breakfast for each person they saw. I always run down and grab the breakfasts for myself and my kids but the staff wouldn’t give me more than one bagged breakfast and so I had to go back upstairs, bring my kids down with me and they had to receive the breakfast from the staff. That is ridiculous and completely unrealistic, especially during a pandemic when we are all trying to have the least amount of interaction with strangers/the general public. I will never stay at this establishment again and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. We paid over $175 for a one night stay (that’s the price AFTER my military discount too which is sad) and it wasn’t at all worth it. This place shouldn’t be charging over $79 a night. The convenient location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Tessa and her staff really keep this place clean. Beautiful property. The firepit and outdoor heated pool can still be enjoyed even in January. Room exceptionally clean. Airport shuttle provided, even at 4AM to get back to the airport. They even gave me a ride to the Desert Botanical Garden (which I also highly recommend) Convenient location, 2 gas stations and Dollar Tree next door in case you are forgot anything. Whataburger, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut all within walking distance. This is my go to place to stay anytime I come to Phoenix

My first experience with a Home2 Suites. Really cool. The staff was great even with a problem at checkin, the manager made it right, right away. The room was so streamline and bright instead of the dark drab colors you see at other properties. Picked this hotel for this airport shuttle serivce. In a business district but Dollar Tree and several restaurants within walking distance if you forgot anything. Outside pool was not available due to a dust storm the previous night but they had an agreement with a nearby hotel that had an indoor pool with shuttle service. They even had a hot food option for the breakfast grab and go. Highly recommend this property for business or pleasure travel

Immaculate facility. Allows for privacy for three. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend this facility. Breakfast offered a variety of selections. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
