Needs to be smoother and have rooms ready 3hrs after check in time. It was a bit deflating to know I had to wait longer after a long day on our feet. Other than that the hotel was amazing. I would still recommend
Great hotel friendly staff always concerned about your stay. Rooms were very neat and clean. The location was easy access to the airport. Pool and hot tub area were nicely maintained with plenty of space to support a large crowd.
A year since our last stay, we booked a 2BR/2BA suite again at this lovely hotel and again had a wonderful experience. The suite was immaculate, just like last year, with some added precautions due to COVID-19. It also appeared to have brand new furnishings and carpet. (This surprised me, but perhaps it was wise to take advantage of months of low vacancy and pre-emptively update rooms.) The breakfast options were more limited, but still plentiful and pleasant. This hotel clearly knows how to maintain perfection. We'll be back!
I just needed to stay one night on a return trip home for work. This hotel is undergoing renovation, but I did not experience any issues. My room was a bit worn - but hey, that is why they are updating! The pool receives some shade and is large enough that it wasn’t like bath water, which was nice. I used the shuttle to return my car to the airport and go to the airport the next day. Would stay again!
This will provide advice to flight crews and any business people doing an extended stay. As an airline pilot and ex military officer, I found the maid service to be somewhat lazy. I had left some plastic wrappers in my desk drawer with a cookie. The maids took it upon themselves to photograph my drawer and send it our management. I usually keep my room impeccably clean and buy a few cleaning supplies....as we fly at night and return the next day. Nothing much was said but....they took the photo on a day that I left my do not disturb sign off....but they did not make the bed or change the sheets, did not leave a new bath mat, I had squirted some dish soap in the toilet, they did not even start the dishwasher... My bill for 2 weeks is around $2000.00. I usually have the room made every 3 -4 days. Most of the time it’s a light clean as I am pretty clean. The jist of all this is that the maids came to the room took pictures....and then failed to clean the room.....but just came in to go thru my drawers. Call our company, you would think that they were not so darn lazy to clean the drawer....better yet, mind their own business and pick up the wrappers when I leave.....who doesn’t have a junk drawer at home..…
