I stayed here previously and still a good place. I was flying in late to PHX and wanted a nearby hotel. Nothing is REALLY close to the rent-a-car center, and this is about as close as it gets. Typical loft hotel. Funky lobby. On the Monday night that I stayed there, the bar area had a small crowd. Business types...

I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2016 for business. Previous Aloft hotel stays in other cities made me think this would be a good choice, but I was wrong. Good things: - excellent workstation area, with lots of plugs and options. Workstation chair was also comfortable. - big tv, well located for watching both from bed and from...

I want to start off by saying that I am not a huge fan of W Hotels as I find them too much like a nigh club in most cases. The Aloft is to the W what Hyatt Place is to Hyatt or 4Points is to Sheraton. I found the hotel overdesigned and the rooms substituted cheaper materials which showed....

My Husband and I give this location a full 5 stars. The drivers, front desk staff, and kitchen help were wonderful. Modern and clean rooms featured everything we could need. Nice and cozy lobby to chill

We spent a night at this hotel. The rooms were clean, small size but well appointed and we were on the 5th floor in a quiet part of the hotel. The lobby was fine but the scene was very transient at the bar. We didn't stay for good but front desk was helpful. Recommend using uber instead of taxi since...

The staff was incredible. Every person so kind and helpful. The room was.. a bit beat up, which was a major disappointment: Scratchy towels Scratches all over the wallpaper Holes in the sheets VERY uncomfortable bed. It felt like I was sleeping on a hard sheet of crinkly plastic. Small black hairs on the vanity + in the shower The...

Just stayed there one night and left my car there while on vacation in another place. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Really nice rooms and great staff. Very nice lobby with things to do in that area of the hotel. Very nice pool. Nice place to leave your car also.

I stayed at the Aloft hotel for about 1 week and I'm glad to report that my stay was a pleasant one. The lobby area is beautifully decorated offering a daily variety of flavored water for refreshments upon arrival and also a "store" of sorts where snacks and other food can be purchased throughout the day. Granted, the prices are...

Had wanted to try this brand for awhile. Unfortunately will probably pass in the future. Just not into the urban bare concrete esthetic. Staff was very friendly but failed to bring extra pillows as promised. Bed was extremely firm. Not a bad place just not my style.

The Aloft Phoenix-Airport is an elegant, first-class hotel. I only stayed one night, but everything about the experience was positive. The receptionist at the desk could not have been more pleasant or helpful, the room was extremely comfortable, with plenty of workspace and all the connectivity you would want for whatever technology you were carrying. Outdoor heated pool, free Wi-Fi,...
