Newly renovated with large TVs, a mini fridge, comfortable bed, and amazing shower stalls. Plenty of plugs in room and usbs as well. Megan at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Many coffee shops, restaurants, and a movie theater across the street. Always a pleasure staying here.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. The decor, atmosphere , and staff were all pleasant. I was especially impressed by the understated elegance of the lobby. It is on par with some of the world class Sheraton properties (Tel Aviv, Stockholm, Frankfurt). Food and beverage were highly problematic. I had counted on a "club" for breakfast and evening snacks. Despite the web site, there was no such club. Indeed, only the lobby bar was open, and it has an extremely limited menu. Most of the nearby restaurants were closed as well. Most Bonvoy properties offer a choice of "welcome" amenities to Platinum members: breakfast, food and beverage credit, or extra points. I was informed that the Sheraton "does not do that." It was the first time I had come across this at a Bonvoy property. If the restaurants are closed, the pool is closed, the lounge doesn't exist, they might want to reconsider their policy. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, with a pleasant view. The bed and bedding were comfortable, as were the couches and chairs. It was blissfully quiet. I had to use a car on this trip, and it was a breeze. Parking was immediately next to the entrance, and it was about half the cost of other hotel parking. The hotel did not indicate when the pool, restaurants, and lounge will reopen. I look forward to another visit once these services are reinstated.

Room Tip: Higher floors. Phoenix isn't especially photogenic, but it is much prettier from a high view.

I was not aware that Marriott had taken over all the Sheraton Hotels. I previously was not a fan of Sheraton. I have now had a change of heart. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The hotel is near movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. The NBA and MLB stadiums are within a half mile of the hotel.

Stayed here for a few days. A little nicer than many Sheratons I've stayed at. First, the rooms. For some reason I've always found Sheraton always has really nice beds. This one did not disappoint. The rooms are a decent size and nicely furnished. One of the things that drives me crazy is when hotels don't have outlets near the bed. I use a CPAP so hunting for outlets at bedtime is annoying. But happy to say that they have those new outlet ports on each nightstand which has two outlets and two USB ports. Bathroom/shower were seemed updated which is always nice. Comfortable desk/chair as I was working while there. Convenience. Only about 10m or so from the airport and right next to Rt 10 so you can get most places pretty quickly. So really my only complaint is as a Marriott loyalty member. As a Titanium member, I usually try and stay in the full service hotels because I like the benefits. I did not check before staying here but at the current time there are zero benefits for Marriott loyalty. Restaurant is closed due to covid so no breakfast, no extra points when there's no breakfast at Sheratons, no grab n go and no points or any concessions. No room upgrade. Yes I realize this doesn't affect everyone and it's my fault I did not check beforehand so live and learn. Otherwise, I really did enjoy my stay and I would still stay here again (once they have reinstated loyalty benefits) when I come to PHX. You won't get a better price for a full service hotel near the airport.

I stayed here for a quick conference. Kind of a fly in for a couple of days and leave sort of deal. The hotel is being refurbished and the elevators do not all go to the ground floor, so a little bit of nuisance, but not much. The rooms are what you would expect, clean and comfortable. No issues. I would like to recommend the on-site gym. The layout is a bit wonky, but the machines provided are very good. I'm in a marathon race training program and having decent treadmills is a bonus. They also had stationary bikes and some machines for circuit course exercise and free weights to 40 or 50 pounds. The bikes face the pool (limit 155 people - would like to see that) which is great until the sun goes down and then you watch a reflection of yourself running. Ugh. But overall the equipment is top notch. The only restaurant open past 10pm is the pool bar actually. I prioritized running over eating and had a very late dinner. I did not know what to expect but the bar food was actually good. I was drinking seltzer water but the bartenders were hopping overall. I would recommend this hotel again and maybe take the time to do some exploring next time.
