My Wife and I booked a room because our home HVAC went out during 110 degree weather. This Hotle is less than one mile from us next to the Prestigious Biltmore Park Mall and resort. Checked in at 10 pm. Carpet was waving, AC not cooling room and we found a previous tenants dirty clothing including underwater in our dress or drawers. Contacted front desk who apologized and move us to room next door. Same carpet and AC problems no underwear this time. During a COVID-19 Pandemic you demand better than they provided. We could sleep it was so hot and uncomfortable and we check out at 4 am. We will never set foot in this hotel chain again. Don’t let the Location fool you they a winging it and your safety and expense.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed two nights at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore and found it to be just right for what we needed. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk staff greeted us with a wonderful attitude and talked with us like we were friends for ages. Knowing that we were just here to relax, they gave us room 548 which had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. While the hotel is older, the upkeep is excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just delicious and the made-to-order omelets couldn’t be beat. The Manager’s Reception was open from 5:30 to 7:30 and provided us with complimentary drinks and appetizers including very good humus dips, chips, snack mix, fresh vegetables and more. The commons areas were just exceptional with koi ponds, fountains and beautiful views in every direction. If there was a negative, it was that this hotel was older so USBs at bedside and amenities that newer hotels have available were not (yet) here. Still, it had everything we needed and for us this hotel provided an excellent overall stay.

I loved the hotel lobby with its beautiful Koi ponds. The staff was attentive and helpful, My 1 bedroom was great with a view of the pool. shopping and dining close great and no large crowds. When I booked my reservation with the Hilton 800 # I was told airport transportation was running and the restaurant was open the restaurant was not open but the supplied a sack breakfast. Two services I felt were missing: 1. There wasn't transportation to and from the airport 2. Sanitation containers were not secured next to the elevators. On an Earlier stay, I found the Phoenix Airport Hilton was superior at this. I hope the Hilton changes the 2 services listed soon.

My wife & I stated one night at this property. The staff was very kind & accommodating, & the location is great. However this property has been road hard. Numerous stains in our room, a sizable dent in the wall next to the bed. This property is in need of desperate love & a long over due for renovation. Zero service due to Covid, so plan accordingly. Blessed travels.

We walked into the Embassy Suites and walked right out but, your Credit Card numbers were used after we asked for a full refund. Don't work with this company! We had a someone use our card to the tune of $1500 for 1 night stay, and we know we didn't use it!
