Never have been a fan of this hotel chain. As we are Hilton honors members. But had to stay here because the Hilton’s were full. This hotel charges almost the same price as the Hilton‘s but it is so far below the quality of that hotel chain. The rooms are dirty. The carpets were stained. There was no breakfast at all. I’ve been to other hotels during this quarantine and they offer something for breakfast. Having nothing at all it’s just laziness. Smoke alarm went off at 10 o’clock at night due to a dead battery. It’s all just bad hotel management being lazy
Although the property could use a bit of updating, it was spotlessly clean and the staff went out of their way to make up for any deficiencies. They are not currently offering any breakfast due to Covid 19 and the pool hours are limited, but you can't beat the central location. Chick Fil-A and Starbucks within walking distance!
I paid extra (even with Wyndham points) to stay here because it was a nice pool and hot tub outdoors in the hot Phoenix day/night. I rushed over once my work was done and got checked in. When I asked to make sure the pool (which is SUPPOSED to be open until 10) was actually open until 10:00 and am told in a matter-of-fact way that, "Oh sorry, we close it early usually around 7 because of .....all that stuff going on." I'm sorry, does CoVid get worse at night that I was unaware of? Do I get a refund for the portion of my stay that I didn't get to use? No breakfast (not even grab bag), no exercise room, and the pool closing at 7 (or whenever they feel is more convenient for them) and then they blame the virus? So why am I getting a full charge? Complete ripooff and I'll use it in the morning and then check out and go somewhere else where they don't assume the guests are too stupid to know when they are being screwed. 6 days of 11 hours back to back and I'm finally done and come for a swim (to a hotel I paid extra to stay at) only to be told they like to close early. Absolutely furious....…
The hotel is very beautiful ,very clean, friendly staff very helpful and kind. I a king room with the most comfortable beds and pillows it was like sleeping on a cloud.Love the design of the room. I will return when i need some time away again. Its pet friendly is so wonderful and dont charge a pet fee thats amazing. There was not breakfast because of Covid but that doesnt change my mind, I thoroughly enjoy my time there. I highly recommend.
This place was a complete dump. It was disgusting from the time we stepped into the elevator. Garbage on the floor in the hallways, stairways, and all over the parking lot .Filthy in every public area. The room was so disgusting. I brought Clorox cleaner and Lysol spray because of COVID-19 to be safe, but thank God I did. I had to clean every surface of the room that we were going to touch. Thankfully the linens and towels were clean and newer. It was a pet room because we had to vacate our home for the weekend including our family cat. It had evidence of every cat that ever stayed there. We left our cat in the carrier so she would not catch whatever might be lurking under those beds. It was nauseating to see the underneath of the bed when we rescued her from there. This hotel is in a prime location and even in the COVID-19 TIMES OF FURLOUGHS, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF FILTH IN A ROOM/HOTEL THAT COSTS OVER $80. Do not stay here unless you are comfortable in a filthy environment.…
