We stayed for one night but will be back! The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and provide a comfortable place to stay and a delicious breakfast in the courtyard. We enjoyed our stay very much. We also drove out to Chiricahua National Monument and were amazed at the dark skies and the zillions of stars.

1/28/20 This place was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious and fully loaded with all the amenities you could need. But the best part were the hosts and owners of the location. They are the sweetest elderly couple we have met in all of our travels. She is this petite French woman With a heart of gold, just don’t get her talking about Jimmy because it will bring you to tears. And John her husband is also super welcoming and kind with a lot of local information and ideas on what to do in the area and how to hike and see the most out of the Chiricahua Mountains. They made us feel so at home as we sat and talked for hours over wine and homemade crapes (which were beyond belief amazing by the way)! We went there for the hiking memories and returned home with memories of this darling bread and breakfast adventure. We will definitely be back if but for no other reason then to just sit and talk with the hosts again.

Started in Phoenix -- easy trip and visit to Tombstone, followed by 1 hour journey to Dreamcatcher. Arrived at the end of the day -- able to relax in the cool courtyard followed by a wonderful dinner. Worth every cent for that. Better was the great conversation over dinner with John and Julia on recent experiences by them, by us (4 of us travelling together). Basically an unintended and wonderful 2-3 hour dining experience. Accommodations perfect, 2 quaint and clean rooms with king beds in each. In the morning more advice for our trip to the Chiricahua Monument, Sandhill Crane viewing and return home over a wonderful and leisurely breakfast. C'était fantastique, merci!

We stayed in the "French" room under the excellent hospitality of John. Truly an outstanding stay. We enjoyed a glass of wine and cheese with John when we arrived. We were delighted with our room and the king sized bed. The property is beautiful as is the courtyard outside our room. John made a wonderful breakfast and provided us with excellent advice on nearby attractions. This is a great place to stay before or after visiting Chiricahua National Monument.

My husband and I stayed at John and Julia Kirk’s Dreamcatcher Bed and Breakfast in Pearce, Arizona, from Thursday, October 4 to Monday, October 8, 2018. At an elevation of more than 4000 feet above sea level, Pearce is cooler than many areas of Arizona, and the grounds on which the Dreamcatcher sits are surprisingly green and leafy. It was my first visit and my husband’s second. The hacienda has a charming living room and dining room that open to the lovely, blossoming courtyard, a large, farm-style kitchen, and sleeping rooms with private entrances that are arranged around the courtyard. We stayed in the very comfortable French Room that had a king-size bed, bathroom with shower (no tub), chair, armoire, luggage racks, and all the standard accoutrements. John and Julia are gourmet cooks, warm, friendly hosts, and with backgrounds in international travel, consummate pros. Delicious breakfasts varied each morning and included poached eggs, quiche, scrambled eggs with mushrooms, pancakes with sausage, homemade breads, jams and preserves, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Dinners were available for an extra charge and were amazing: scallop and shrimp fettucine, baked chicken and rice, quesadillas and chimichangas, vichyssoise, corn and beet salad, roast peppers with salt and olive oil, poached pears in wine, apple strudel, and baked Alaska. Complimentary wine and cocktails were served before dinner, and when my husband couldn’t be there one night, Julia made sandwiches for him to take. They were helpful with advice on hiking routes and cultural sites to visit, and were interesting company in the evenings. Our stay was excellent, I highly recommend the place, and I hope to return soon.
