The Hualapai Ranch located at Grand Canyon West is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of visiting Grand Canyon West or beginning a visit with a beautiful sunrise at the west rim of the Grand Canyon in starting an adventure on the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Ranch provides a western flavor with many cowboy actives that can be enjoyed by all. There is a dining hall where you will be able to enjoy western type cuisine and watch our entertainers during your meal. An overnight stay at a cabin includes an evening activity of making S'mores with the cowboys and listening to their stories around an open fire. Continental breakfast is included in the cost of the cabin. Please note, Hualapai Legacy tickets must be purchased by all Hualapai Ranch guests or guests staying in our cabins. This will give you access to our Hop-on-Hop-Off Shuttle to all viewpoints at Grand Canyon West, which include Eagle Point and Guano Point. Lunch, cold beverages, and snacks can be purchased on site.

Stuck in snow; no winter activities; food sucks; no restaurants near by; 30mins to a small village; my teen kids wants to drop me over the cliff for bringing them. Checking out early. Rooms are clean. Tribe needs to have more to do for activities.

rondj858, Hualapai Ranch is part of Grand Canyon West. We offer a variety of activities during the day at the Ranch (weather permitting) including Horseback Riding, Lasso Roping and a Mechanical Bull. Guests have the option of buying an entry ticket to Grand Canyon West, which offers a shuttle from Hualapai Ranch to Eagle Point and Guano Point with views of the Grand Canyon and the infamous Grand Canyon Skywalk.

In typical vegas fashion this is a pretend ranch with fun ranch style games. Accommodations are great (though on the small side) and food is fair...they do what they can with limited supplies. Friendly staff.

Hualapai Ranch is one of the 3 stops for the shuttle buses at the Grand Canyon West rim... The buildings are modeled like an old cowboy western town that you would see in a movie. We had our BBQ plate lunch (included with our tour) and it was cafeteria quality which was what I expected so all good for me. There's some activities to check out here: Horse riding, the shooting gallery, mechanical bull and you get to throw calf ropes on some wooden cows. Calf roping was easily the most fun for me. We saw cabins that can be booked nightly like a hotel room. The gift store is pretty extensive if you're looking for souvenirs. There's a fake graveyard and hangman's stand for even more social media moments. That's what this ranch is, a nice break from the canyon to take some pics in a western town venue. Keep that expectation in mind and everything else at the Ranch is a bonus. Enjoy!

This place was fantastic! We flew into Vegas and decided to stop for the night in Grand Canyon West before moving onto the Grand Canyon National Park. The ranch was setup as an old Western town. We stayed in the family suite cabin and let me tell say how surprised I was! Extremely large and clean! Air condition in each room... View was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. It was a great central ace to stay to catch the bus to the glass walk and guanko point. Highly recommend staying for a night here on your way to the Grand Canyon!

We booked a cabin for 2 nights at the ranch, the cabin itself was comfortable, but the walls to the adjoining cabin were so thin we could here whole conversations going on plus other things. You get a free breakfast, you get 3 options, if you don’t like it, tough. The first morning I ordered pancakes with the sausage, no sausage, asked if I could have toast instead, nope. You have to pay $3 for a cup, that’s fine as long as someone is at the register. Breakfast opens at 6.30, we got there at 7.15, no one to sell us a cup, so no coffee or tea. If you’re opening at 6.30, be ready for people, everyone usually wants a coffee with breakfast. When we ask the server in the kitchen if we could please have cups, he said no, wasn’t his department, poor service. Dinner isn’t much better, 2 choices, ribs or chicken, hubby went for ribs, no ribs, again another $3 for a cup. The woman at the register was about as friendly as a rash, they had a tub of water bottles with a sign saying, you’re server will hand you a bottle, when we asked if we could please have one she said, you’re booked in customers so you’ve got water in your room. Well that’s great but there’s no fridge in our room so in extreme heat the water wasn’t that great. Customer service is rubbish, they all look put out, wouldn’t bother going again.
