We really liked the Inn, during our two night stay mid-November Large, clean, well appointed room. We were in the "luxury king" room, had a fireplace and spa which worked well and we really enjoyed. FYI the fireplace puts out the heat. Desk clerk was very friendly (and her cookies were very good). Efficient check-in. We originally reserved at a... More

The only reason you see positive reviews is because they all booked the highest level room. We had the king suite with a fireplace--but no jacuzzi tub. 1. The wall was coated with dust--wondering what else we couldn't see because roof is wood. Photo below. There were many dead bug bodies in the bathroom light. Photo below. Cleanliness is seriously... We were in a king size room with ensuite fireplace (gas) and jacuzzi tube. The room had a desk, wifi, small refridge, microwave oven, small coffee maker, iron/ironing board and small flat screen TV. Breakfast was included, a typical type of hot breakfast for this type of class hotel. The room was large but lighting was minimal i.e. there could... More

My husband and I stayed here for just one night. We booked the basic room online. A friend that lives in Payson suggested we upgrade to the best room category as they were refurbished. I was surprised that it was a motel type property with rooms with exterior doors. The deadbolt inside eliminated my safety concern. The three gals in... More

This was generally a nice facility. Decor is dated. Very spacious room and immaculately clean. Breakfast quality was about standard which is to say weak, as they often are when "included". Service was above average, although when had to get re-keyed on the second day. It was a nice visit.

Very well kept grounds and rooms. Next door to great restaurant (Fargos) and centrally located to points of interest in Payson and surrounding attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you are an American Legion member, lodge is across the street.

We spent our first vacation night in Arizona at the Majestic Mountain Inn and loved it so much, we spent the last two vacation nights in Arizona there also. The staff was more than accommodating to us with our 90 year old mother, the breakfast was hot and fresh, the rooms were clean and beautiful, but more than all, the... More

We got the Luxury King 2 person spa room. High ceilings, nice artwork beautiful decor, very spacious. WiFi was easily connected with a strong signal. The tub/spa was as advertised. Plenty of room for 2 people. Concern was if there would be enough hot water to fill but it never ran out. Being your own pillows unless you like extra... More

Everything about my stay was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were very clean and well done. In the room I was surprised to find REAL glasses and ceramic coffee cups. not the cheap plastic and paper or foam that one typically finds. The room had what they consider a 2 person hot tub but... We didn't have a booking in Payson so ended up here by chance. With few rooms left (there was a rodeo in town, or something) we had to take the Luxury room. A bit pricey but the room was very nice, well appointed and spacious. To the operator, I would recommend a vanity mirror as the vanity is too deep... More
