I have been coming here for years, lately they are making the experience even better. They are updating the property. They are right on the Colorado River which is a fantastic location. Each room has a kitchenette and a porch to sit on. The day view is fun, relaxing and worth the trip. The night view is great when you see the stars in the sky and the lights shining on the river. It is my happy place.
We had a wonderful stay at the motel at Branson's Resort! The motel room was really nice and recently renovated. The grounds on the resort were beautiful and the door at the rear of the motel room opened to a lovely grassy area with awesome views of the Colorado River! Every room had a picnic table and a grill outside. We walked to the restaurant at the Pirate's Den and got a pizza to go so we could enjoy the resort. We had a great time and hope to return soon!
The title “resort” doesn’t apply here. Rates are very high. Rooms are hot, and there are spiders and bugs all over the room. TV was covered. Ants all over the outside picnic tables and what they call landscaping. Only one outlet worked and that was plugged into the lamp! Lol Beautiful scenery though. Quite because there were no other guest there except for a family we knew and another family. Will try another place to stay where we feel comfortable and bug free!
We stayed here for most of the last 3 winters. The park is getting a bit run down as they allow more fulltime monthly old trashy RVs to move in. They are trying to bring in more Park Models and Mobile Homes but continue to allow junk in the RV spots. Winter visitors are required to sign papers that their RV are 10 years or newer with current tabs and insurance. Yet they have fulltimers with broken down trashy RVs filling more spots. Customer service is not one of their priorities either. If the lady at the front desk does not like you she will treat you with disrespect. There are a lot nicer places thanBransons!!!
Went to bransons to get away from city, rented A36, saw the bad review prior to mine and don't know what they're talking about. We had no problems at all with people at bransons, or any trouble or complaints about this trailer, I can't really even call it a trailer. Felt more like a home. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, nice full size kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. We had boat storage and plenty of parking for our cars. Definitely rent this one again.....
Take it from those whom have rented recently. A36 is highly recommend!! *Located inside the beautiful Bransons Resort on the Parker Strip. *Less than a mile from many of the popular bars/restaurants and golf course across the way. -A36 is just steps to the river and is perfect for a family or bigger group. -3bd/3ba with a huge living room with pull out couch. All flat screen HD tvs in all rooms, living room and all with cable tv as well! -The A/C works great throughout the house -The 3bd has two queen beds, a full bathroom two separate A/C units and even has its own separate entrance from outside covered patio area with a slider entrance connected to the house. -Every time I see the place the owners have upgraded even more with something new! -Fully stocked kitchen, cold fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and a stove. Great size dining room with a table for 6. -Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats or toys, while aside both of the two covered deck patios to enjoy the sun and fun during the day, while having a place to wind down, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset and night life as well. -Can't beat the price for the size, amenities and it's location!!! -The Mgmt on site is so easily approachable, friendly and willing to help in anyway to make your stay the best you could have. Will definitely be returning to this rental for our Parker vacations! Cant wait to come back!!!!…
We rented the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom place unit A36. The AC was off when we arrived in 120 heat so we had to leave a few hours to let it cool off. After we returned we found that the house had not cooled off at all. We contacted the office and spoke to the owners son. He and another man tried to fix it and around 1130pm they said we would just have to wait. It was over 90 in the home and with small children it was not ok. In addition to the AC not being fixed the entire weekend they refused to put us somewhere else to stay even though they promised the second night. All the TV in the home did not function. The Cable boxes display "this channel will load shortly" both nights. We rebooted and no luck The bedrooms in the front of the house have good beds but the two full beds in add on room are poor shape. You was slanted down and so you feel like your rolling off. Since the beds where so bad we where forced to sleep in living room sofa and reclining chair. The refrigerator was also off and it took it a full day to get cold. They say your stay comes with Wifi which is needed in the parker area due to bad cell service but the Wifi really does not work at all. Please note they have no beach at this resort and overall the facility looks like a rundown mobile home Park. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They rent out bad units and don't care. They did credit the first night but promised to put us up somewhere else the second night and they didn't. We asked for a discounted rate and they said no. …
seemed o.k. enough...kinda felt the weird groundskeeper was just rude. thought it was customary for boaters to be friendly, wave, and the like. all we got were sneers and dirty looks from the guy with the real important job of riding around a golf cart all day. seems if they didn't want anybody but white people there, they shoulda oughta said something. the internet was almost non existent and one of the rooms could not be used because the bathroom was bringing up some nasty smell. i guess that's roughing it?
We stay every year with a big group, and they are making improvements. Rooms didn't have the normal musty smell. If you want fancy, this isn't your place. If you want a place to rest your head after a long day in the hot sun, this is the place. The docks need to be repaired.
We were looking for an RV space for the night and had already gotten lost once trying to follow directions we had been given when we stumbled across Branson's. It appeared to be mainly a RV/motel. The staff was very helpful showing us the easiest way to get into our space and getting us settled, including showing us how to set up our TV. We decide to walk around the property and were delighted to see that there is a very large area of decks and docks right on the Colorado River. While watching the sunset, sitting on the comfortable furniture we met a man who had caught several fish right off the dock and enjoyed conversation and company of some people who were staying for some of the winter months. The campground was clean and orderly. We hope to return
