Used a SNA award to upgrade from a Casita to a one-bedroom suite. Worth the upgrade. The suite was large and recently renovated. It had a separate living area with a pull out sofa where my friend slept. The bedroom was very comfortable and the suite has heavy duty black out curtains to ensure a good sleep. The bathroom was large and spacious, with a separate shower and tub. I'm Marriott Titanium and chose free breakfast as my amenity. This was a great benefit as my friend and I were able to get one breakfast entrée and one drink each comped; about $60 in total. The rate I chose also had an additional daily $100 credit which could be applied at the restaurant for dinner or at the pool for drinks. Service at the restaurant for breakfast and at the pool for drinks was top notch, friendly, and attentive. The pool was somewhat crowded but nothing to complain about. The spa looked amazing but unfortunately was fully committed during the time of my stay. When I arrived the suite wasn't ready, but I was able to store my bags with the amazing bell hop guys at the front. The front desk gave me a pool key to access the pool and have a few cocktails while we waited for the room. All in all, I loved my stay here and would definitely return for a future stay.

My husband and I visited for our 10 year anniversary and we loved our stay! The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. We loved the water features scattered throughout the property. We stayed in the signature casita suite. We enjoyed the large size, double vanities, and private sitting area outside. We enjoyed dinner at Rita's and it was very tasty. We used the complimentary bikes to explore the area - some beautiful homes near the resort! The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed the poolside service. The mango drink I had was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were here over 25 years ago and I still have fond memories of the Spa. We arrived on a Monday and on the phone were told the spa was open. Yes...for that Monday but not for Tues and Wed. What a downer. So we left a day early. The room was wonderful. Spacious with frig, microwave, coffee maker. No buffet for breakfast and everything was a bit more pricey than the Star Pass in Tucson. It's a lovely property and I would try it again just to go to the spa. Now, this is funny and true. Our room had a door that connected to another room. So maybe the noise we heard was from the door or through the walls. There was a lot of moaning, groaning and romantic activity that we didn't really need to hear! Another reason we left a day early.

We just returned from a 5 day stay as first timers to this resort, and to AZ and we cannot express how much we LOVED this place! We were celebrating a 35th and 37th birthday. To start off, there was a small hiccup at check-in where they only showed one of our rooms booked.... after several minutes, they realized our name 'came over to them from the Costco reservation misspelled' - and then were able to find our other room (so just be aware on that if it happens to you). We booked the 'signature view' room package through Costco Travel- really hoping these would be somewhat close to the pools/restaurants etc. On the map they show you, it looks like you will be 100 miles away- but that was not the case! Pleasantly surprised- in our opinion they are in the ideal spot! They are centrally located to the pool (maybe a 1-2 min walk if that) and same distance to coffee in the morning at Starbucks and Rita's for all the amazing dining! My husband and me were assigned room 379 and I HIGHLY recommend this one if you can snag it! It is on the end- and with that, you get an entire extra giant window and it just makes the room feel even more spacious and light then it already is. Plus you get less noise from any neighbors sandwiching you in that you may not want to hear haha. Our room also had a connecting door to our friend’s room, which actually ended up being SO nice to pass things forgotten, share drinks etc. The patios are also 'connected' but do have a small privacy wall, but if you have friends next to you it’s nice to be able to chat outside when having drinks, etc. The rooms were SO spacious- more than it seems online in the photos, and very clean. The AC got the room nice and cool if needed for evening sleeping, etc., which I was scared of since I like to sleep freezing haha. The TVs have netflix, all the channels for when you want to relax on the bed or on the couch! The maid service is currently on an every other day rotation (this was at end of May 2021) but you can ask for anything needed at any time. The pool experience here was just as lovely. We had no issues ever getting a chair with umbrellas for the 4 of us (and didn't get there early any of the days either to save any) The main pool is great for a more busy/active feel. Perfect for families and people watching, and then the adult pool is great if you want to get away from all the kiddos and hustle and bustle. There is also a 3rd pool in the main section but we didn’t ever sit at it. Pool service staff was accommodating and wonderful as well! For dining on property, we ate at Rita's Cantina multiple times- we cannot say enough good things about this place! We sat outside each time as the grounds are just so gorgeous and they have large umbrellas for shade, misters in some sections, etc. There was live music each night that was so enjoyable to have- and they even have a happy hour too from 3-5 where most things are half price. Our last night we ate at Lincoln Steakhouse and it was TOP notch/A++! I cut my filet with a fork and it melted in your mouth! The sides all serve 2+ people so the men each got a steak and us girls shared the 9oz filet- and then all shared 3 sides and it was MORE than enough for a party of 4! Highly recommend a dinner there. We did a 730 reservation and made it with about half hour left of sunset! Try to book a time out on the patio to catch it- STUNNING! All in all, we will 100% return to this resort. Our experience was top notch and the Costco travel deal hit it out of the park yet again for value (great rate + rental car + resort fee included + $50 a day in resort credit to use for dining/pool service/coffee etc)

Scottsdale Marriott Camelback is AMAZING! 1) Spacious gorgeous suites with...in our case.... sunny private patio for private breakfasts 2) Super pet friendly, dogs treated like guests 3) Gorgeous grounds with walking path, streams, the most amazing cactus garden ever seen, an actual falconer on the grounds who guards the restaurant area from pesky birds. 4) Incredible restaurant w the best served breakfast and dinner in recent memory 5) Short drive from anything Scottsdale 6) Impeccable service 7) WE WILL RETURN!
