Beautiful location. Wonderful staff. Very luxurious rooms. This resort has old-fashioned charm on the exterior and incredible views. The interiors were very modern. I highly recommend room service for breakfast and Elements for dinner.

Hotel's Favorite
This beautiful facility is located on the side of a mountain outside Phoenix. It overlooks the Paradise Valley. We had never been to the area before but were enchanted by the location. Our room was comfortable and located close to the main building, pool and spa. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was wonderful, relaxing us both. The spa area offered every option, including a quiet room. Our last evening we ate at Elements and I wish we could have had every meal there. From the appetizers to the dessert, they were all excellent. I loved the PB Bombe and will dream about it. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, to a person they were gracious and welcoming. We both hope to go back again sometime soon.

Thank you for staying with us here at Sanctuary. We are delighted you had such a lovely visit and that we set a great standard for your first time in the area. We love that you were able to enjoy a couples massage and some relaxing time at the spa during your stay. It sounds like elements was a big hit as well, which is great to hear. We truly appreciate you taking the time to write a review and hope you will come see us again.

The location is absolutely the. Eat in town. You don’t have to leave the property as the award winning restaurant, Elements is amazing. I think a former Iron Chef is at the helm. The property is situated in the Camelback mountains and close to the best Scottsdale/Paradise Valley have to offer. Bed was comfortable and the rooms make you feel Lien you are in your private master bedroom and not a hotel room. I bar yet to feel this at other properties

Even though summer prices plummet, we still feel like first class guests while visiting Sanctuary each summer for our anniversary. The staff goes out of its way to know who you are and treat you like royalty... not just locals looking for a discount. We love this place.
