As soon as we arrived we were met by the valet who welcomed us and took our luggage. The front desk check in was fast and easy. Our room was big and beautiful we were near the hot tub it was a nice quiet area. We were here for rest and relaxation. The grounds were beautiful lots of plants and flowers. Quiet pool area for relaxing. Loved our little patio area for reading. The rooms are large with a comfy king bed with a cute sitting area with a gas fireplace. The bathroom was beautiful and large it had a double vanity, soaking tub and a walk in shower. We had dinner at Lons last drop which was excellent. The patio area is so pretty. Lots of outside dining with the heaters. The Hermosa Inn is a perfect get away oasis we loved our stay and will be back.

Hermosa Inn is a very quiet, upscale relaxing resort. The rooms are unique with fireplaces and clawfoot tubs and robes. Make sure you use the shampoo and conditioner they are fantastic I actually drove back there to buy a couple of bottles for my home and they are reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Misssuzan, I am so glad that you enjoyed your getaway. We get quite a few compliments on the BeeKind shampoo and conditioner available in the hotel rooms, so many that we keep it well stocked in our gift shop boutique. We hope to welcome you back again soon.

We booked the Hermosa Inn looking to have a quiet getaway and planned on spending much of our time on the patio attached to our grande casita. Our patio was right next to the valet parking lot and unfortunately what we hoped would be a quiet patio was ruined by horns honking all evening as the valets parked cars and used remotes to lock car doors and find cars. It definitely affected the experience.

Our room was extremely nice and clean and we were very happy with it with one exception: we noticed spider webs in the corner between the wall and ceiling that had small bugs trapped in it.

We dined at Lons Last Drop for brunch as we had a baby with us as we wanted to respect the other clientele. We wanted to be seated far away in case our baby became fussy. The experience was good other than the fact the sweet potatoes were not fully cooked in the super food salad. The rest of the food was delicious.

At one point during the stay I purchased a Bai drink from the store next to the front desk. When I got back to my room I noticed the color was off. I checked the expiration date and it had expired in November of 2019. I took it back and the other Bai drink on the fridge was also expired. I settled for a Diet Coke and asked reception to make a change to the charge accordingly. Upon checkout this charge was reflected on the bill in a confusing manner and when I asked the associate to explain the bill, she was rather defensive.

With all of the above in mind, I’d still return to the Hermosa Inn, but there’s definitely some polishing to be done.

My husband and I booked a two night stay at the Hermosa Inn the last weekend in August. I have been wanting to stay at this boutique hotel and dine in the well reviewed Lon’s. We checked in on a Sunday, we were able to check in early and received an upgrade for our casita. Our casita was lovely, spacious and calming. We walked around and explored the property, had a cocktail, and then had dinner at Lon’s. We were initially seated in a small cozy room, however the acoustics were poor and the party of 4 next to us were very loud. I asked the server if we could be moved and the host pleasantly and swiftly accommodated our request. Our dinner was wonderful! The second night, we ate at the bar, Lon’s Last Drop, which has a huge menu! Jordan the bartender was attentive and friendly as was all the bar staff. The location is close to shopping, Old Scottsdale and the art studio that was hosting the Van Gogh Immersive exhibit. It was a wonderful birthday present, and I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the outdoor space and dinner on the patio!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service and attentiveness was top notched from check in , check out, dinner, employees walking around—greeting us and checking on us. We made our reservation online and within 2 minutes someone called to welcome us snd make our dinner reservations. Thank you!!

Hermosa Inn has hands down some of the best customer service I have come across in a vacation getaway anywhere. This boutique hotel in the heart of Arcadia in Phoenix, Arizona is in a quiet, tucked away spot, yet near everything. My husband and I stayed here for a summer stay-cation during COVID. The summer stay-cation rates were reasonable and our special came with $25 food and drink credit per day of stay, as well as two $15 complimentary welcome cocktails for Lon's Last Drop Bar. Their COVID precautions were excellent yet we still felt taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accessible. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends, family and any chance we get!

My Boo surprised me with a staycation at the Hermosa Inn for our 10th anniversary. My daughter surprised me for Mother's Day as well so he got her a Garden Casita next to our Deluxe casita. The first thing I noticed when opening the French doors to the nearby jacuzzi was the tall grass. It seemed odd that on Mother's Day weekend the grass was so high thinking surely they should have the grounds groomed for such a busy weekend. The next thing we noticed was the terrible mosquito problem!! Seems keeping the grounds landscaped would have helped a bit with that. We had to call the front desk to have them spray our room there were so many mosquitos. It's amazing to me the amount they charge for these rooms and not follow thru on the landscaping. The next disappointment was the room service. We ordered ice tea for two and received a bottle of WARM tea with two glasses. NO ice. We had to ask the server to please bring us ice. The next thing that seemed off was calling the front desk in the morning asking for cream for our coffee. They replied there's cream in your room but what she was talking about was hand lotion. I guess having stayed in a very nice hotel earlier in the week in Houston where they bent over backwards to tend to their guests was the reason this was so disappointing.
Dinner at Lon's was good both nights as well as for lunch. But unfortunately it took much longer than we anticipated to be served. Too be fair it was extremely busy and the wait was worth it. The food was excellent.
One person in particular rose to the top in service. Lydia, maybe a GM, I'm not sure, was on top of it. We mentioned to her about the mosquitoes and she gave us some lovely anti bug lotion and told us to keep it. She checked on our table and brought us some extra goodies we needed.
We frequent Lon's and will return but I'm not sure about the Hermosa Inn. For the price, they need to step it up!

The Hermosa Inn is perfectly located in Paradise Valley and in easy distance to all of Scottsdale. Its central location made for easy hiking in the nearby mountain range or for touring museums and enjoying restaurants. The Inn itself is charming, quiet and cozy. The rooms were spacious, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Highest marks all around. Would go back in a heartbeat!

If your looking to celebrate an anniversary or enjoy a romantic getaway - The Hermosa Inn is the place to stay! My wife and I wanted to stay at a nice boutique hotel that was clean, featured nicely appointed rooms and grounds, offered great service in addition to having great food with an extensive wine list. We found all of this at the Hermosa Inn!

Upon our arrival we are welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff and the Director of Guest Services Pam gave us a personal greeting wishing us a Happy 37th Anniversary! Our room was very clean and well decorated with a relaxing spa like feel and the bathroom was first class! We relaxed at poolside and were provided great service by their staff!

The Hermosa Inn staff went above and beyond by send us a personal welcome card to our room and then a signed welcome card as we arrived to Lon's for a celebratory anniversary dinner! At Lon's we were greeted by a very friendly hostess, had a great server and the Wine Sommelier was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Our food was excellent and had a great presentation.

When we returned to our room after dinner we had a pleasant surprise having chocolate covered strawberries noting our 37th Anniversary!

Our stay was first class thanks to the great Hermosa Inn Staff and we will definitely be returning to this wonderful boutique hideaway!

While I was so excited for our quick staycation, sadly Hermosa Inn was a disappointment. The staff is nice, the grounds and the rooms are so lovey, though our room had the noisiest air conditioning unit I’ve ever heard - it practically shook the room whenever it would turn on and sounded like a gong. Being that it is July, the unit would turn off and on again a few times per hour, waking me all night long. I mentioned my experience to the front desk agent who essentially said sorry to hear that, we’ll look at it with zero service recovery offered. A simple gesture like offering us breakfast or complimentary drinks to come back since we are local - something - would have been nice. While there we had cocktails, dinner and breakfast and while the cocktails were good, the food (other that the bread basket) was quite bland and/or average (salad overdressed, ahi tuna flavorless, filet average). Other than that, the property is magical, and we felt as if we had the place to ourselves until dinner time when it filled up.

The Hermosa Inn is a beautiful property. The stay was excellent for a romantic weekend. Everything about the inn itself was perfect. The deluxe casita has a large shower and tub, a fireplace, a huge skylight, and comfy chairs by the fireplace. LON’s has great food and a romantic atmosphere, especially outside by the fountain.
My only complaint is about one of the waiters at LON’s. According to the check, his name was Eric. My girlfriend and I both were not able to completely finish our meals, so there was a little bit of food left on our plates. When our waiter offered to take away my girlfriend’s plate, he made a comment that he would take her plate so she wouldn’t “graze.” We decided against dessert, but the waiter brought us something anyways - an extremely dry brownie that we couldn’t eat even if we wanted to, being that it seemed as though it had been sitting out for a few days. It took great effort to cut a piece of the brownie off. Lastly, the waiter touched my girlfriend’s shoulder, which both she and I found very inappropriate.
