I have stayed at Aggie Greys twice before and was happy hence my return for 7 days with some friends. I was aware that it had changed to a Sheraton Hotel and looking at marketing images thought there would be some significant upgrades. The rooms are nice, bedding great, air con works well and cleaning services were fine. The only...

This was our second trip to the Aggie Grey Sheraton and we just love it there. Everything you need is at the resort. Hired a car from their and went around the island. Planning on taking the kids back in January.

Booked the airport pick up: make sure you have 8 Tala to pay driver. It only took 5 mins from airport. Arrived 05:00am - room was only ready at 15:00. We saw the best sunrise ever, lounged by the pool, ate as restaurant (SPG members: don't forget your card/virtual card as you get 15% off food). Room was on top...

I think we went with zero expectations after reading so much bad stuff on here. But as I prefer to stay at a name brand hotel when I goto a new place didn't have a choice. I must say we had the most amazing time and the hotel was awesome. The rooms were amazing. Well appointed. Beds were very comfortable....

Pros: Location right by the beach and airport. Not much snorkeling off the beach but great quiet place to sunbath as there are lots of "private" beach areas. Dive shop on site for all diving/water sport activities/scooter hire. Buffet breakfast was great with a good range of fruit to choose from. Cons: Room had a weird moldy smell and the...

It had to be done - I took my parents on holiday! dreading it! My dad is confirmed to a wheel chair with limited mobility; but found Aggie Grey's to be incredibly accommodating. The resort is completely flat with ramps, wide pathways, easy access to pool and restaurants and the room allows easy access for a wheel chair. Very highly...

Stay @ Sheraton for 4 nights. Nice and clean room with wonderful beachfront and and pool area, could do nothing and just sit there for almost half day to enjoy the beach and cocktail. Breakfast were okay, with all the basic needs. Breakfast staff were all very nice and friendly with big smile, especially the pancake lady. They have a...

The hotel offers hotel rooms as well as garden bungalows which I strongly recommend. Bungalow offer large beds and ample space. The bathroom is also very large and is equipped with bathtub as well as shower cabin. I particularly liked the rain shower heads that accompanied the usual shower with handle. Each bungalow had a veranda with comfortable armchairs to...

Our stay here was very spectacular. All staff members were very friendly and they never hesitated to help us out. The rooms were excellent! The only downfall was that we paid our bill with a credit card the night before we checked out, and when we checked out they told us we didn't pay when we already did. This other...

We spent our last three nights in Samoa at this hotel to be relaxed and close to the airport for our early flight back home. In retrospect, should we return to Samoa, I will book later flights and avoid staying here again. Things that disappointed: For the most part, the staff are lovely. However, my sense is that they are...
