Hands down amazing beach! That's about all. For 70 tala/night we stayed in a beach fale which also included breakfast and dinner. We've been visiting Tanu Beach Resort every year for the past 15years and it used to be our favourite spot mind you no recognition is given. I believe it's a family run business which is why we were...

If you are looking for a place to relax where you can feel like you are not just another tourist, this place is awesome. The Fales are small but very cosy and authentic. The firs row is about 4 meters from the ocean and you will have the best view for sunset and sunrise. You can't lock the fales, but...

If you are looking for a 5 star resort then keep looking, if you are looking for a beautiful local experience waking up of a morning to the water at your doorstep and the most amazing view then this is where you want to stay. Your fale is a hut located on the beach edge, your bed is a mat...

My family and i have stayed here 4 times now due to the beautiful location and the beach that is so calm and perfect for young children to splash around. We caught some beautiful sunrises and were able to swim comfortably at 5am in the morning thanks to the warm temperatures. Loved the social eating and friendly atmosphere of the...

Had a drunk local guy waking me up by knocking at my open fale 3 in the morning, asking me for a cigarette. After repeatedly telling him I had none, and having to raise my voice to alert my neighbours, he left. This frightened me so much, I did not sleep. I could hear at least 3 guys walking around...

We stayed 4 nights in September in beach front fales with friends. When we arrived they put us in a fale one back from the beach as they were full although we'd booked beach front. It wasn't too bad and when the crowd left they were happy to let us move beach side which we highly recommend. The beach is...

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Tanu Baech Fales, and this time we stayed for 10 days as previously a week was not enough. There have been some changes. The beach is now protected by sand bags. But it has been done very well, they are sand coloured and blend in perfectly. There are also new plantings to...

We only stayed one night as part of an event but I'd go back in a flash. We stayed in an open fale just back from the beach. The fales were comfortable with mosquito nets and woven shutters. The shared breakfast and dinner provided enough variety for most dietary requirements. The family put on a fiafia night for our group...
