This is a great little place where you can stay in cut, basic Samoan beach fales right on a beautiful beach! Proper beds, lights, mosquito nets and power points in the fales. Yummy home cooked breakfast and dinner included and best off all you get mummas company! she is soooo sweet and will look after your very well. Thanks for...

Most comfortable fales we stayed in. Proper bed and verandah with chairs. Each fale is setback a bit from the others so it retains privacy. Lua (the host) makes this place... she is so welcoming and warm with a great sense of humour and a super cook! This place doesn't have a bar but we just went next door to...

Absolutely the BEST place we stayed in Samoa!! Lua is a fantastic host and her food was by far the most delicious we had while in Samoa. The fales have an extra little porch where you can watch turtles at high tide (we saw three!) and cold coconuts are brought to you in the afternoon. Can't wait to return! Fa'afetai...

It's simple and it's Samoan. Fale is clean and spacious, nice swimming beach. The food was fantastic: always freshly cooked, always with fresh ingredients. Bathrooms are a bit of a let down though: an upgrade is due! For a drink - head next door where you find a friendly bar with a beach view.

If you're coming here, don't expect five star. Expect a nice stay on the beach with a family environment. Food and beach were lovely - our fale was less than five metres from the ocean at high tide. Fale was built for short people, so be careful on the balcony area and when entering them (one near concussion later). We...

Did a hot lap of Savaii with a couple of mates on the Scooters from MotoSamoa and spent a night at Tailua. A friendly welcome on arrival was a forerunner for a terrific overnight stay. Dinner was one of the best I've had in Samoa and the games featured raised beds, comfy mattresses and mozzie nets without any holes. Everything...

What can I say except that this place is perfect for what I was looking for. I ve spent 5 nights in a front beach Fale and I loved it ! Very peaceful place with an amazing vue to the lagoon (10meters away from the Fale). I ve seen turtles swimming in the lagoon everyday. This place is very peaceful,...

I've stayed here twice now (Sept and Oct 2015) with different groups of people. Love the location, price, facilities but best of all is the service. Lua is super friendly and a great cook (Breakfast and dinner included). Turtles swim into the lagoon on the high tide, reasonable snorkeling in the reef channel (wear fins), a small shop/ATM across the...

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the fales and showers and toilets. We were quoted 70 tala per night including breakfast and dinner. Although we didn't stay here as we were booked in to an adjacent resort that was terribly run down, i will return and give these lovely and friendly people my business.

What stands out about Tailua Beach Fales is the warm hospitality. Lua did everything to make me as comfortable as possible: I was met with a coconut each afternoon, the food was absolutely delicious and ridiculously generous, everything was spotlessly clean, and her motto was 'no problems'. It made for a gorgeous stay. In the first 30 seconds of swimming...
