This hotel is just walking distance to the market in Baños and next to the mineral pool. The rooms are extremely comfortable and also includes breakfast. They are very accomadating and will even serve you breakfast early if you have an excursion to take in the morning. Theres wifi in the room and a cozy lounge area.

Volcano is a one or two night hotel. The staff is nice and the place is clean. Parking space is very limited (4 spaces max). The breakfast was good but simple. The rooms are small but they offer wifi, hot water and cable tv. No bottled water in the rooms you need to fill a jar from a bigger bottle...

After staying in rustic hotels in small villages the Volcano hotel in Banos was really Change for the better. We stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights . We stay in a nice room on the second floor (no elevator) that had a patio overlooking Banos. The room is not noise proof so at night there were firework and the...

The bed were comfortable. The rooms are spacious, looks nice and are clean. Most of them also have a very large blacony and superb view on waterfall or mountains. The breakfast they serve is very good. The only thing that annoyed me a little bit is that the wifi only works near the reception desk. Also the pool had some...

When I booked this hotel. Our room #10 was moldy smelling at first, but we slept with the patio door open and it aired out. Lovely sounds of the waterfall caused us to sleep peacefully. The price was right for what we got. Staff was friendly and breakfast did not disappoint.

I must first preface this review by saying that we expected to be booked into another hotel, and instead were booked into the Volcano. The Volcano Hotel is old, moldy and falling apart. The blinds in our room kept falling down and when you went into the bathroom you had to close the door to use the sink. It was...

The Hotel was good, really nice. It had a nice swimming pool, the bad wheather didn't allow us to use it. But the hotel was just downtown Baños. The staff was really friendly. The parking space was not small for al the guests. The breakfast was a buffet, si we had fruits and bread.

We stayed at the Hotel Volcan for 5 nights in Banos. We were in a great room on the second floor that had a giant patio overlooking Banos and the falls. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was nice and quiet. There weren't a ton of outlets in the room so charging our plethora of devices was challenging. The...

Stayed here 2 nights and it was nice. The rooms are not so big but it is complete. Even with a private terrace to enjoy the view and the sun. Hot water, working wifi in the room (and that's not always the case in Ecuador, neither hot water .. ). Big beds with a lot of pillows to make it...

We loved this place! Nice size rooms, clean. Beautiful views of nearby waterfall which you can hear as you are relaxing on the front porch. Breakfast included and was decent (same as most of the B &B). All of the staff were helpful and genuinely friendly. We walked anywhere we wanted to go in town from here with no problem-several...
